The employees of O'Reillys always go above and beyond their call, especially compared to the Red store. To ALL Autozone employees, do not fear stepping out from behind the counter or allowing the customer to view what's on the screen. It is called customer service for a reason. To Autozone corporate, scan your employees a lot better and put them through some training.

Went in because my windshield wiper broke, and I had just purchased it a month or so ago. The gentlemen informed me it was Bosch and had a 1 year warranty, replaced it free of charge and printed my receipt so I would have it if O had future problems. Then he came out and put it on my car for me in 14° weather blowing 20 mph winds and snowing. So I'm forever grateful to him and feel horrible I didn't catch his name. Will definitely remember his face.
This place is great they always have what we're looking for, for our farm equipment all the way down to our trucks. Will always do my business there from here on out. Keep up the great work guys.

Great service and friendly staff. Everyone here that I’ve dealt with seem to know what they are talking about and have been very helpful in troubleshooting vehicle problems and finding solutions. Done with other auto parts stores, these people are my go to guys when I need a part or have a vehicle related issue.
