What an amazing place 3 of us visited Sunday was not disappointed.!!!!! We had a roast definitely the best roast we've eaten out, it had the wow!!! factor. Very big portions couldnt manage all mine but the boys helped out the belly of pork would highly recommended and the roast beef looked good too
One of the best places to eat in Hastings. It serves modern, simple and classic cooking with the general vibe of a mother trying to feed you up on a visit home.
Went there for lunch today. While the ambience and wine list have always been good, I was most impressed by how the food has clearly improved with a new chef. The Thai red curry monkfish and king prawn was excellent as was the pan fried Sea Bream. Service was great, as expected and the entire place
Always a great meal at Porters! Been going for years and consistently great food and service in the Old Town. Decent prices too. Had the vegan moussaka and was delicious
Porters is by far the best Bar / pub and place to get amazing food in Old town Hastings.
We have tried most places in old town but we always come back to porters.
The staff are incredible,lovely and friendly. The atmosphere is always perfect if sometimes busy on Sundays but that adds even more charm
If you've never been here, I would recommend a visit immediately, if not sooner!

I really don't think I could fault this place at all. Food was exceptionally good, delivered with brilliant, attentive service in a relaxed atmosphere. Prices were very good value. The whole experience of dining here was top notch.
We absolutely love this welcoming and beautiful restaurant.
My daughter is Autistic, and some days it's super busy. To loud and a huge overload for her. However they are very accommodating! Allowing us to take the upstairs space so she can eat in peace and be totally comfortable.

The food was excellent though it was freezing in there. I appreciate the cost though when you have paid for a meal , I think it would have been a more enjoyable experience had we been warm
