Enjoyed a lovely lunchtime get together with some friends at the Red Lion today. Beautiful pub, facing the village green. Proper, traditional pub atmosphere, a fine choice of well kept ales and delicious food. Warm welcome and friendly service from Mark the landlord and his staff.

Very characteristic establishment, friendly atmosphere, a lovely garden area. We were very well looked after and our Sunday lunch was delicious. Definitely on the "revisit list"
We stopped here on the way back from Peppa Pig world for a family lunch. We had the steak pie, not one to ever go for a pie but it was raining and cold and seemed like a good idea. Perfect little local. All you could want from a pub. Nice staff, great outdoor space in the summer and cosy indoors in the winter. The fire is great!
Brilliant food - an all around win
A beautiful place for lunch and a well deserved rest after a long ride on my motorbike.
A great lunch menu from light snacks to full main meals, and they serve a traditional Sunday lunch from 12 noon to 4pm. Well worth seeking out with great views out front across the village green.
Decent food. Great atmosphere inside and a lovely beer garden front and back. Everything you could hope for from a local village pub in a beautiful setting.
Very nice looking pub with lots of spaces. Beautiful garden area. The food was very nice but portions are a little bit smaller in comparison to other pubs. I had sea bass with baby potatoes and it was delicious. My family also had fish and chips and beef roast which wasn’t as good as my food.
Great place for a pint and pub food.
