We had a great meal Sunday lunch time lamb shank was cooked to perfection two burgers were just as good and the kids meal of sausage and chips was good as well. Service was quick and the price was very reasonable. All in all a good experience. Thanks

Myself and 3 friends had a excellent meal at brewers fayre on Saturday, two of us had rump steaksthey were lovely,1had rack of ribs (upgraded for £1 50) his version was excellent, and 1 had fish chips and mushy peas, lovely evening all staff were very friendly and professional, but I have to say Sharon and Julie were very attentive nothing is too much trouble for them ,which then makes for a very enjoyable evening for us and enjoyable meals at reasonable cost thank you will be visiting again soon

Omg the meal and desert and staff was amazing !! I can't find a fault at all !! They warned us about 30mins wait for food but we definitely didn't wait that! When the food arrived it was hot and tasted so good!! They even was joking around with us, and was so good about my 1year old playing in the bin and doing his stuff it was amazing !! I will definitely come here again when I'm down !! All you need to make it now is a play area 😂 So little ones don't empty bits outta the bin 😂😂😂 keep up the good work & being so friendly !! ❤❤

I cannot stand for long due to my bad back but the manager found me a seat so I could sit and have a drink before we had dinner. Excellent service. Great choice of food. Staff were wonderful thoroughly recommend it

Ordered from the festive menu I had the salmon en croute and it was absolutely gorgeous, hubby had the festive pie and his was just as good as my meal nicely presented and piping hot. We both had the after eight sundae they were presented well and tasted so yummy. Would definitely go back.

Aaron was very welcoming and approached the front desk immediately when he saw myself & my family waiting to be served. Very efficient to our needs. He deserves credit 👍🏼

Great stuff! Dropped in for the premier Inn style buffet breakfast - straight off the ferry, no booking. Very busy but the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast is insane value with kids free!

The family went for the Sunday roast and was not disappointed. The service spot on delivered by excellent staff. The portions were massive with a good variety of veg and served piping hot. A really good experience.

Fabulous all round. We found this place purely by chance following a lovely walk along a pathway from Kingsway. (About 22 minute walk using Google Maps) There appeared to be plenty of parking available. Having entered, there was a group of people ahead; staff were quick to greet and seat. Staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. Having decided on our food we went up to the bar to place our order. (Remember to note your table number). We liked the fact you had the option to pay or have a tab. We were able to sample the wine, to ensure we bought the sweetest available (opted for the Sauvignon Blanc Mud House). The staff could not have been anymore accommodating. Toilets were located to the left of the bar, through a set of doors within the attached Premier Inn reception, very clean. We would totally recommend the Value Menu; 2 Mains for £8.99. You can add specific Starter and/or Dessert for extra £2.49 each. The food was served in a reasonable amount of time. The food was ever so tasty: - Garlic & Herb Mushrooms - Smothered Chicken - Gammon Steak (choice of 2 Eggs, 2 Pineapple or 1 of each) - Caramel Apple Betty Great portion sizes, plenty of chips, I couldn't actually eat them all. The Gammon was by far the best I have eaten in a long time. Whilst we have found in general that quality and quantity have decreased and prices have increased, here is an exception.. Great quality Food, Good Portion Sizes, Fabulous Staff and Nice Location, easy to access from the town. If back in Harwich, we would certainly return to eat here again. We have already recommended to others.

Although it was an incredibly busy day, service was welcoming and quite entertaining. Very casual resteraunt connected to the Premier Inn we were staying in. Some staff were a bit blunt due to how busy the resteraunt was and you could hear them chatting sometimes about customers and how hard the job was. Food and drinks came at a good pace although 1 staff member was annoyed I order cocktails because he was already making some other ones. Food was cooked to perfection and tasted great and their cocktails were very nice. Overall not too bad. A lot of food was also unavailable on arrival.

I haven't eaten here but the food looked nice from what I could see. The service is friendly and professional. There is a good variety of drinks, albeit for the area, a little more expensive than other pubs in and around Harwich. This is probably due to the attachment of the hotel, but overall a nice experience. Not too much space available to simply have a drink as it mainly caters for food. Good housekeeping, clean and tidy.

The Food: well its Brewers Fayre, if you know there food great, you get a mixture in Spring Summer ppl from the Holiday camp and locals, its right near lidl, in winter more local or sunday shoppers to lidl. I like the Help your self to the Continental, pastrys, toast, pancakes and or ceral, the Cooked gets ordered and made to order, the Only thing I did liked where the sausages, for some reason just not nice, for me someone else will say they like them. I had the eggs 2 Bacon 2 Sausages 2. As for the continental, a couple of of croissants 2 Service: Was great we had a 10 person group from Grandparents, (me incl), plus down to Grand kids and between. Each breakfast ordered was correct, and the staff v helpful, including childrens high chair. Atmosphere: is down to whome you're with and why you're there, ii.e., etting a ferry family event , tc.
