A huge thank you for the ladies who worked in the afternoon. My daughter spilled her drink by accident. Staff kindly offered a free replacement and cleaned up the spillage without hesitation. My cortado was fabulous as well.

Yummy coffee and a good range of biccies. Also, a bargain bucket area of stuff near its sell by date to ensure a reduction in good waste. Great idea. Nice seating, moveable tables to maximise flexibility of social seating. Had to be very single minded not to be tempted by bargains in Next walking in

1st visit since lockdown restrictions have eased. Very clean, adhering to all guidelines so had a very relaxing coffee!

Staff are helpful and friendly. The festive drinks are available here too. Although on the website says you can get The purple one hot chocolate, but seems no store around the area does it. You used to get a little Chocolate with your Terry's hot chocolate, but don't seem to have any either. However

Lovely and relaxing place. The staff were really nice and lovely. The coffee was good. I ordered the iced mocha and I thought it was great! It’s not too sweet and it was refreshing on a hot summer day. Good place to chill after a long day of shopping

I always love going to Costa in Next. We almost never shop at Next, but the Costa is coffee is to good to miss. The service is usually quite fast and the coffee shop has a very large seating area (upstairs away from the hustle and bustle of the shop).

Experience was good, lovely location. Giving 4 stars as both my husband and daughter did not enjoy their ice coffees.

Large seating area with floor to ceiling windows which nicely light up the cafe. Friendly staff and of course, some quality coffee too!
