Best Sunday lunch ever. My son and I loved it. Can't think of another place to compare. Beef was so tender and taste was amazing. Roast potatoes were yo die for. Only thing was Yorkshire puds a bit dry. Veg was spot on and veg brilliant. Thanks so much.
Great place, lots to look at and buy.
The restaurant is first class and very quick. The waiter, and waitresses are very friendly.
I visited White Lion Antiques with a couple of friends on Sunday at 9:00 for the classic car breakfast meeting. Beautiful sunny morning, a wide variety of cars from 1930's to current day, very busy. Nice full English Breakfast, didn't have chance to visit the shop, maybe next time.
Very Interesting place with good restaurant. Enjoyed Sunday lunch, but you can just have a cream tea or coffee and cake. Service good and friendly staff.
Great place breakfast was great as always and as always loved the car show fantastic cars
The staff are welcoming and friendly. Excellent restaurant!.. If you spare a few hours of your time... Well worth a visit. Perfect for Christmas ideas!
Again come down to look around was not disappointed was lovely little things. Then we had lunch was lovely staff was excellent as always well done to you all x
We went on a glorious sunny Sunday morning, with our classic car, for the monthly meet. There were some very interesting cars there; a couple were for sale, too. We popped into the White Lion itself - and having bought a second-hand watch, were given a voucher for a free coffee by a very welcoming young man. I have no hesitation in recommending both the monthly meet, and the antique emporium!
One can get lost in this wonderland for hours. Lovely stuff, well set out, organised & clean, good prices, something for everyone. All topped off with the best ever coffee & walnut cake in the tea shop. We will be back!
Went here yesterday with my group, had tea & cake, the service was excellent with more tea for anyone who wanted it.
my first trip to the centre was just this month. I think it will be the first of many to come! well worth a visit. you will not be disappointed.
Cafe serves amazing food. Love it because it's like an Aladdin's cave something different and so many rooms.

Great place...Great car meet
Suria Tarot is truly up and running!
And I'm doing readings. Do pop by if you're around the vicinity
Came along with my Classic Car for the Car Meet along with a few of my Ford Friends for the 2nd time. Beautiful weather we started the day with an awesone breakfast and a wander around the Antiques. All in all a great day with some awesome cars. Will def see you next month if the weather is good. Thank you.
This building is extensive. So many rooms. Displays everywhere. Antiques, large stock of vintage clothing, craft, artwork, interior design furniture, art, ceramics, crystals, tarot, lots of jewelry old and modern, car emblems and signs etc. There is a cafe. Garden pots etc outside building. Parked in overflow car park across road. We lost time looking. Enjoyed the visit
Our first visit as it is not local but we will definitely make the effort to go again. I rang ahead to check whether we could take our dog in with us. The very friendly lady said a small dog could be carried (ours is a hefty golden retriever!) but that they had outside seating so if we wanted we could take it in turns to go in. As the weather looked promising that sounded fine. When we arrived we found ample parking and not only was there outside seating there was also a large "cabin" where we were allowed to stay with the dog. They have a separate cafe area inside and the lady brought our drinks and breakfast out to us. This was perfect as it was a bit of a windy day. We took it in turns to go round .. it is massive! So much to see in a fabulously quirky building. Lots of variety and really well laid out. Prices good too .. at least I was happy with what I paid. Very friendly staff. Well worth a visit.
Lovely place. Service great. Food great. Friend had salt and pepper squid which came with salad garnish. Excellent value. I hope it is on the menu next time i go as i will have. Ham egg and chips excellent and my other friend had Chicken Parmigiano with Tagliatelle. Highly recommend. Meander round the showrooms and grab some bargains
Another lovely lunch on Friday😊
Myself & my friend always look forward to our visit☕️
Always made to feel very welcome & cared for....super friendly!
A big thank you to all of you for working so...hard
Love it! We were looking for some antique jewelry and we found what we wanted. Also, you have have a good 3 floors of memory lane with the lladro dolls, pottery, furniturs, etc.
I love coming here. Lots of different things to look at and buy. There's something for everybody. Plus you can have a coffee and cake or something savoury to eat after all that searching
Good tea room, which seemed very popular. Good choice of breakfast and lunches dishes as well as drinks and cakes etc. Very large selection of antiques, ranging from vintage to older. Mostly smaller items.
Besides having a good restaurant the actual sales area is a warren of both large and small spaces filled with both old and some new items. I would have liked all the books to be in one place, but there is some grouping of most items. I understand that you cN ask for your items to be added for the shop to sell - no idea of the charge for this. Car park, which was rather small has now been enlarged by using land on the other side of the lane.
Lovely reasonably priced lunch and amazing wander round all the galleries
Great shop for a mooch around all the many nooks and crannies spread across the two floors. Lovely cafe at the back with excellent cake!
Took me about an hour to walk around, the place is winding and huge with loads of interesting and diverse items. Had a great time stumbling into a new room when I thought I'd done it all. Probably not the best for wheelchair users, the house is old and the top floor is very winding.
It's not so much a shop as a destination. You can spend hours exploring a huge variety of stalls. Everything from antiques and jewellery to gifts and vintage and retro items. I picked up some really well priced furniture and the paint I need to paint it. There's a fantastic restaurant on site that does delicious cream teas as well as a great value Sunday roast.
Late afternoon lunch, served in the dog-friendly room. Lovely ciabatta and tea. Recommended.
Absolutely packed with so much to see, spent more than an hour looking around and visited the café after.
Rabbit warren upon rabbit warren of interesting stuff to look at and buy. Furniture, silver, nick-nacks, toys, clothes. Everything basically. Nice cafe too. Popular with the retired. Like us.
We visit White Lion about twice a year, on the A30, near Hartley Wintney.
It is home to a large number of antique dealers stock, arranged in separate rooms and displays over a couple of floors. We occasionally find something interesting to buy from the wide choice of available stock.
There is also a very nice, compact restaurant on the premises, and we always eat there during our visits.
It is on the historic route between the far South West and London, as described both in their menu, and a plaque on the wall at the entrance. See photo's.
There is plenty of free parking available on site, and on the opposite side of the road. Visit recommended.
Great place, lots of corners and cubby holes with gems and a super coffee and cake.
Great diversity of items for sale, antiques, bric a brac, crammed full, all all under one roof. Plus lovely cafe to boot!
What's not to like mooching around looking at all the memorabilia and antiques for a couple of hours then having A coffee and snack after.
