The shawarmas were very tasty and so were the stuffed peppers, borek ( filo pastry with goats cheese) & hullumi fries very reasonable prices ( check menu) eat in or take away recommended

Tried this place on the off chance - really glad we did. Lovely food, fast polite service, decent prices - all great. We had the vegetarian platter and some sides for three of us - very happy with our meal. Also, bonus points for no plastic containers.

Food is amazing! Staff are friendly and welcoming. Great to sit in or get your food to take out and they are reasonably priced.
Really friendly staff,place smells great which is a good sign. Had the Lebanese burger which they kindly adjusted as I dont like it too spicy. Food comes in a box,much better then cartons wrapped in a tonne of paper. Chips still had skin on which I love. The burger was lovely,meat cooked perfectly right amount of sauce n salad

Found a post on North East tea time grub on facebook and thought I would give it a try. I was not dissapointed, it was wonderful to taste something different, full of flavour and generous portions! I will definetly be back for more, keep up the amazing work, I love a place that will always pride themselves through their food β€

First time ordering from here, what can I say, the new no.1 takeaway for us. Special 4 lamb chops chips salad mint dip, delicious , other half had the mixed sharwama kebab, perfect, the flavours are spot on , not Yr usual kebab shop flavour, will definitely be back again π
Visiting friends who ordered me the vegetarian platter. It was absolutely delicious and varied in the foods offered and the flavours. Stuffed vine leaves, falafel, stuffed peppers, halloumi fries on a bed good quality salad, hummus and baba ganoush. The flat bread was excellent too. Very highly to be recommended.
There's no question that the food is absolutely top notch both in quality and flavour.
However......the delivery is poor, I don't mind waiting an hour for this kind of quality but when it goes over 2 hours it's just frustrating especially when you're starving. So I thought to myself I'm only going to collect from now on. Well that turned out to be a waste of time too because I placed an order for collection on the Hartlepool eats app for it to be rejected with no reason. Tried phoning and no-one answer's....ever. All I want is some food.
UPDATED TO REFLECT-
Food arrived and by God it's good π I think in the future I'll opt for the sit in option to negate this potential hassle. It's a really unique menu in Hartlepool and done well in the food we'd ordered.

Ordered around 7, food was due an hour later, delayed. Two hours later and it's still not here. Rang up requesting an update, the fella on the phone said it would be 20 minutes. Still didn't turn up. Tried ringing again and the restaurant is shut. Absolutely ridiculous. Unfortunate that I was actually interested in trying their cuisine because I won't be again.
Big order beautiful food 3 mixed shawarma perfect, mixed grill lamb cooked just as it should be. Even the veggie platter is amazing :) i'm not a fan of falafel but my plate was cleared. This is not a kebab place this is real beautiful food cooked by professionals.
Had a couple of take outs from here and food was beautiful.
Great menu which pleased the vegans in the family .
Really good choice on menu, not a big fan of the Bataatis though, but covered in garlic mayo they're ok

Went here for the first time the other day. Loved the quality of the food and the staff are so friendly. Something different than the average takeaway. Will be back!
Just ordered from habibi for the first time got an meat lovers platter and it didn't disappoint . Order came early which was nice and the food tasted devine will definitely use again would recommend 100% ππ
I've had a few things from habibi and they have all been delicious. So many flavours and the food is so different to anything else in the town. My favourite things are the mombar mashi and halloumi wrap. The chicken and lamb wraps are really good too but I'm a massive lover of halloumi π keep doing what you're doing guys!!
