Clean and tidy having recently received a refurbishment. Fast and efficient service and food as per order. What I would expect from a McDonald's, but don't always get.
This store and team have been fantastic. I visited 13.7.23 the chicken wrap I had wasn’t to my liking without hesitation or argument my food was replaced with a small refund. The shift manager and an assistant couldn’t have been anymore apologetic and helpful (Zoe and Nadine)
I then left the store leaving my handbag.
Today 14.7.23 I rang the store and sure enough I had left my handbag behind the team there had put my handbag ( with all its contents in their office for safe keeping until the owner came back for it. I am so relieved as it had my purse passport and drivers licence. I’m over the moon with the honesty of the team in the Burn road branch. I am one happy satisfied and relived customer. Thank guys you get a 10 out of 10 from me.

Its cheap and amazing but I can only give it a 4 star because after going there often you just get bored of it and also the service is a 4 star because sometimes they get your order wrong but thats OK cause you can just get your receipt and ask for whatever you are missing
Nice 30 minutes spent catching a few rays while scoffing the spicey big tasty sat outside nice amount of heat in the burger sauce try it. Busy place this bank holiday monday but staff keeping place tidy👍
A very lovely Mcdonald worker brought my foot to the car, very welcoming. The food was great and had a short waiting time. This is one of the better McDonalds around.
Quiet, not busy, the food was hot, and freshly made
Can’t beat a burger from the Golden Arches lol not much to say really it’s McDonald’s and it’s yummy keeps the kids happy and fills there little tummy.
