Nice cosy pub. Food is nice. Have a good quiz on a Wednesday. They also do food for takeout if don't want to eat in. Plenty of parking. Nice outdoor area when it's sunny. Plenty of drink choices.

Had a midweek lunch with my partner. Food was delicious and the staff made us feel welcome. Good menu choice that would cater for most people I’d say. Fantastic choice of ales. I believe they do a quiz night which we may try soon!
Absolutely beautiful building and stands well from the roadside. Very friendly staff. The food was very well presented and all came together. We came all the way from Hull and had a smashing night. Would highly recommend and we will be back soon.

The ultimate burgers are amazing which is our favourite atm. Great food for a reasonable price and always served by friendly staff who are only too happy to help.

We have just moved to Hartlepool and this is our new local. Because we are still unpacking we've had brunch and dinner here. The food has been uniformly excellent, the staff are lovely and there always seems to be a nice atmosphere in the pub.
