Superb service went for coffee with friends a very kind young lady, sorted a cushion for a friend with a back injury first class service and a credit to company lovely coffee bar in Next.

Very good experience with a great manager, Thomas. I had already noticed he was very nice to the customers. When it was my turn helped me with getting the app and also using it. I returned the next day.
The staff are always friendly and welcoming. Always have a good stock of Costa goodies. Always seems to be busy but they all work as a team and manage efficiently.
I was, so pleased to see Guisborough Costa reopened : it's my go to place for a decent coffee, with friends and family.
