A perfect family meal for at least the fifth time, the staff can't do enough once again and the food was amazing as normal, well done to Matthew John and his amazing staff for running a fabulous pub, 10 out 10 any day of the week.

We went to the Marina for lunch, but with it being a hot sunny day every bar/eatery on Navigation Point was heaving. So we decided to try Jacksons Wharf for the first time, seating ourselves outside overlooking the Marina. Our meals (both steaks), were ready in a very acceptable time & were delicious. Also they stocked one of my favourite beers, Hobgoblin on draught, which went down a treat. The staff were very informative & courteous, & looked after us 100%. No complaints whatsoever! We enjoyed our first time at the Jacksons Wharf very much, & so I'm sure we will be returning! Well done!

Called in on the off chance (on Mother's Day!!) after having avoided it for about 2 year due to bad experience and bad frozen food! Expected poor service and bad food, totally changed our minds. Friendly service, told food would be around 30-40 mins, fine with that but come in about 25mins, all veg fresh and gorgeous puddings and meat. Will def be returning, well done Jacksons wharf management/chef šŸ‘ Xxx

Food was great for the price. Had the mac'n'cheese with the vegan chicken stores and I was impressed. Great views from the beer garden of the old tall ship in the Dock too.

Good pub food done well and not overpriced. I came on the Friday of the tall ships festival so maybe not the best time to arrive as I hate plastic glasses but decent service, nice selection and a great view

The staff were very friendly and we were able to bring our dog with us. The choice of food and wine was very good. The service was excellent.

We sat outside looking over the bay at the stunning views. Could have been florida. Oh and the wainwright ale, exquisite.

This place is easy to get to easy access if you are in a wheelchair. I have an allergy to everything in the allium family, garlic and celery the staff could not be more helpful. I was offered a choice of at least 6 different dishes to choose from. This made my day as usually I don't get this in a lot of places, so thank you so much. In fact this is my second time back in 2 weeks. I had macaroni cheese and my husband had fish and chips.

A bit disaapointed to be fair. Steak and ale pie was not like they used to be . Very bland . And the nachos were all broken/smashed could not pick them up . Had to use a fork. Too much sauce for so little base . But we did enjoy our visit and will return .

As a local I donā€™t often venture to this pub, but as the tall ships was on I had a pint sat outside, give them there due they had a great idea of putting a few beer taps outside to cater for the crowds. Itā€™s not a pub to expect a gourmet meal, typical chain fodder.

Nice views of the marina and the hms trincomalee from the restaurant area, unfortunately the tables were very tired, varnish had failed many years ago.. and a little grubby, plates left on empty tables, etc.. just lacking care, really. Food was OK, I had there big burger option, which was nice, but the chips are dreadful, think cheapest bulk buy frozen chips, yuup the flat ones made from mashed potatoes and soak up oil like a sponge šŸ§½... they do have plenty of ketchup, mayo, or bbq sauce to try and hide the taste of the chips!! They also sell Neck Oil IPA, which is a bonus..

Booked a table for two but we needn't have bothered as inside the pub was very quiet as most people were sat outside. Only one staff member serving which meant she was rushing around but, she was very informative and friendly. Food was great, service good, dƩcor very tired.

Sat outside around 5pm in the sun but it was a bit chilly with the wind blowing across the marina

Just been for lunch with my husband today. It was busier today than we had ever seen under the previous owners but the service and food was absolutely brilliant. Every item we ordered was cooked to perfection including the steaks which were easily the nicest we've had here before and in similar places. And Guinness on draught for the hubby just topped it off. We'll be back soon and will recommend highly to others.
