Level access suitable for manual and electric wheelchairs (I brought one of each!). Having entered my car reg on the tablet at the Please Wait Here sign, we were met with a friendly smile attached to a very courteous and welcoming member of staff. They carefully considered the needs of both wheelcha
What a hidden gem! Perfect for a post walk cup of coffee and a tea cake ;) You can park right outside which is a huge plus and if the weather is fine you can sit outside right by the ocean. Does it get any better?! Also you get some pretty cute visitors to your table who may not be welcomed by all b
Nice place to stop off after, a walk in the sun, along Seaton/Hartlepool front. Very relaxed looking out across the sea, watching the Tall Ships earlier this year. Good for dogs too, plenty of them with no trouble.
Always come here fantastic place food is always beautiful, kids absolutely love the tug boat meals great price for the amount they get
Came for lunch today. Food was lovely and freshly made. The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive, a real credit to the place. Excellent service all round. Definitely be back.
Don’t be misled by the outside - it’s better for going in! Clean and nicely presented. We called in for cod, chips, tea, bread etc. Hubby swapped “Nescafé” for a fresh coffee latte that he says was “ok”. Staff friendly and helpful. Cod and chips were hot, freshly cooked and lovely. Batter was crispy
Since moving up north 4 years ago this little gem has been a firm favourite when we visit the beach! Come rain or shine the food and the staff are amazing! Visited today with my hoy and his friend as it was school strike day, my son who’s 11, still enjoys the tug boat meals with the extra goodies 🤩
Nice place to eat I got the fish and chips and they were fantastic. My partner got the fish and chips afternoon tea. Only thing I say was wrong was the bread and butter, it was too thick. I'm a chip butty maker and it was useless for making butties.
Called on Fri Sept 1st,had the half lots which is a small portion of cod and chips with a choice of beans, mushy peas or curry, served in a small ramekin dish, also included a thick slice of bread and butter and a choice of tea or coffee ,cost £9.50,very good value, tasted lovely and hot ,very pleasant
First visit to this takeaway..Fish was very good chips were average..Not sure if I would return we sat outside on a table bench in an open space which felt very tired and in need of a makeover..Staff friendly enough ..Just feel the experience was just above average
Fabulous choice of cakes. Great menu where you can eat in or outside looking out at the sea. Good selection of drinks. Very reasonable prices. Friendly staff.
Stopped in for fish and chips. Good portion sizes, freshly made and nice outdoor seating area. Since Cod all mighty has gone downhill this is our new seaside fish and chips stop .
Fabulous restaurant over looking the pier and beach. Plenty of umbrellas if you need shade. Food is great, staff are lovely. On a sunny day its like being abroad.
Great restaurant with very reasonably priced food. Great staff, very friendly. Would recommend booking before you go unless you don't mind queing as it's very popular at lunch times.
Took my grandchildren for lunch only had chips myself but they were delicious on looking around other meals look really nice and big specially afternoon tea
Brilliant experience again. This restaurant surpasses others. We had most of the restaurant and the staff coped amazingly. No complaints from any of our crowd. Definitely go again.
Visited during Tall Shios event in Hartlepool. They were hammered. Service, availability and quality of food were maintained as was their customer contact/friendliness and checked everyone had their car checked in if parked there.
