Village pub feel and newer public function room seating and tables. Menu interesting and creative by the chef cooked and seasoned very well. Made best use of local produce. Very tasty dishes enjoyed by all our party. Lovely staff attentive and quick. Thank you.
The first evening of our hols. and called in for a drink. The menu was so mouthwatering we stayed for a meal and it was gorgeous. My friend ordered the halloumi burger and I the veg lattice, which was so delicious......along with the extra friendly series, the evening was a delight. Thanks all very much
We had a fabulous stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spotless! The fish and chips were the best I’ve had plus the steak on ‘Steak night’ was amazing! I would definitely go back!
Although we didn't stay at the Inn, we did eat there. The food was really good, and having a large area to sit outside really helped our relaxing day. My boys enjoyed the food as did I, the views were good but it was the quiet atmosphere and friendly service that topped off our trip.
We came there a little hungry and was greet with news no food is possible due to building works. But very friendly chef decided he will cook for us fish and chips. And it was one of the best fish and chips we have in Cornwall and Devon.
So do not hesitate and go there when you in the area. All staff friendly so we will visit again when there
Highly recommend this pub. Very friendly, the service is good and they serve an excellent pint of Jail Ale. We visited a few times and ate here twice while staying in the area. The food was very good, mussels the best I've ever tasted. We thoroughly enjoyed the folk night too, great atmosphere.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good choice of food and reasonably priced. Only negative was my halloumi was a bit over cooked. Overall a good experience
This place is amazing rooms are great but the staff are 10 stars so lovely, accommodating and downright brilliant.we have felt so welcomed and can't wait to return.xx
Comfy interior, large sun trap balcony with view over trees. Had a great curry with the best onion bhaji! A few more plants or hanging baskets on the balcony would make it perfect.
