We popped in to a lovely tea room on the farm which was on the route down to blackchurch rock. The lady was very nice made us very welcoming and the cream tea was lovely too.great location definitely pop in again.
Lovely place with tea and scones after a walk to the beach and back.

Great afternoon at Lower Brownsham tea rooms again. Lovely spot to enjoy just off the SW Coastal Path at Brownsham. Love meeting friends here for a relaxing afternoon and enjoy cream teas or their savoury tea and pot of tea. Ice creams available. You also buy burgers and meat from their freezer, all
Lovely afternoon tea, clotted cream icecream and fresh local apple juice in a lovely garden. Beautiful walking routes with a coastal parth and stunning rocky beach.
Really nice cream teas, nicely served. Sandwiches would be nice but I can see why they don't do them. Not too expensive.
Had a walk round the short trail with the children and then popped into the tea room. Between us we had cream tea, chocolate brownie and coffee and walnut cake. All were delicious.
Cute little tea room for a refreshing drink after a long walk along the coastal path. Had a scone and a coffee and the kids had the cornish apple juice which was delish
