The atmosphere is calm, relaxing and is a great place to chill out on your own or with friends. When you sit inside, you'll feel like you're in a part of secret London away from all the hustle and bustle of Harrow! They need to keep cleaning the tables regularly though.
Costa Club card SCANS THROUGH (unlike my experience with chain in outside shopping centre) and service is good.
Small Costa with fast service but frappe seemed really strong (probably cuz it was 7am)

Staff are really efficient and fast at making delicious coconut hot chocolates! Now they stock M&S food ...I love it!

Happy to see it was open on Tube and Bus strike day was nice! Staff were friendly and my coffee was lovely. Lots of space to sit at 9.45am.

Very nice and lovely, the coffe was good, had a good time in there. The only downside is that, they dont have a toilet.
Ordered a takeaway caramel iced latte. Had to wait a little while whilst the girl cleaned something, but a nice friendly service.
Love this place, staff are fantastic, very cosy, great coffee and perfect location if shopping or travelling
