Went for drinks followed by a lovely meal with friends. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was excellent! Perfect evening out, would recommend.

I went here a week ago just to try a new place and of course, for my love of Indian Food. When I looked it up online it looked pretty fancy with really good reviews. Situated just a few steps away from Reyner's Lane tube station (plus one for convenience), it looks quite nice and fancy at the first glance. Classy decor with traditional paintings and lamps giving it quite an Indian touch. Although I would have liked it more if the place was more lit. It was lacking lighting for me.
Food: For starters, we ordered paapri chaat and seekh kebab. Both dishes looked absolutely perfect and beautiful and did not disappoint our taste buds at all! Only, for me, paapri chaat was more of a plate of Dahi Bhalla but oh well, it tasted great so who cares. For mains we ordered Dal Makhani, Butter Chicken, Plain Butter naan and garlic naan. According to my friend and food blogger, Anay Rajadhyaksha, Pink turban served us the best butter chicken he had tried in London! I guess that says more than enough. The stars of the night were the naan breads though. Delicious! Dal Makhani was also pretty good. But it seemed like it was missing something. Not the best one I've had in London so far. Finally, for desserts we ordered rasmalai and kulfi. Yum!
Service: Initially, I wasn't that happy with the service. First of all I ordered a cup of Chai at the very beginning which they forgot about until I asked them about it after finishing our mains. Then also I'm assuming they were out of milk or/and tea and the guy went outside I guess to get it or something was happening which delayed my tea even more. Secondly, the lady who took our order didn't know what the dishes were in the menu or what the drinks were and didn't know what to recommend. So the first impression wasn't that great. However, afterwards they tried to cover up and improved and service was pretty nice for the rest of the night.
Pink Turban - unusual name for a restaurant. But sets it apart from the rest for sure. I wanted to try this place ever since I had heard the name.
I went for Sunday lunch when the restaurant was completely empty. Felt weird to be the only ones but the food was excellent.
We ordered Delhi chaat, Dum biryani and Rara Gosht. Chaat was tangy and spicy. Perhaps a bit more tamarind would make it a perfect 10/10. Dum biryani was quite authentic and had been cooked in a covered handi (vessel). Rara gosht was a bit too rich but delicious. Overall, great food. If we had any more space in the stomach, I would have tried the kheer shots. Perhaps next time.
Decor of the restaurant is modern - but not to my taste. But I would definitely go back for the food!

Overall food was delicious , stunning decor , reasonable prices. Would have liked more vegetarians options on the menu however.
Its 7pm and we group of buds decided to pop in this restaurant. No booking done prior this restaurant was a little busy. Yet we decided to wait for 10min to see any luck with table. Not aware of the menu we quickly scrolled through and made up our mind to wait another 20min worst comes. Now that we got a table there wasn't any one to take the order. All the servers were busy. We placed the order and the food was on the table in 15 min. Starters were good and so is the curry and bread. Ordered veg dishes . Biryani was good and so was the raita. We skipped the desert as we had a heavy stomach already. I guess next time i have to be here for deserts. Heard they do nice gulab jamuns.. but will remain a mystery till I try...
To start with lot of bad reviews on google but our overall experience was great. It was quite on wednesday evening but that was good for us as couple. Ambience was good . We ordered chilli chicken as starter, later we ordered veg biryani, dal makani and nan. It was slightly expensive but buying groupon can help.

I had my 40th birthday party at Pink Turban and I had the best night! The venue is sensational - it was like being at a smart London club but in Rayners Lane. All guests commented what a wonderful place to hold a party. The cocktails tasted sublime - especially the lychee martinis and mojitos! The manager Fra and her team was so accommodating and ensured my party was a huge success. I used DJ Blendmaster to play party tunes and would also highly recommend him. This is a family run bar and restaurant and they are all lovely people. I would definitely recommend holding a party here - you won't find another location like this in Harrow!

I celebrated my birthday with my family last night, and just have to share how well looked after we were from initially booking the table of 13, to the end of the night. I have NO complaints at all, simply praise for the staff, the management, the food (delicious) and the atmosphere. I know they went over and beyond to make it a special night for me, and for that i will be going back for sure.
It was a surprise Birthday Party for me.. My wife arranged it with some of my friends... The management and staff of the restaurant were really friendly and helped them in all the decorations/arrangements.
You can't flaw the food at the restaurant.. it's one of the best in the area.. the service was exceptionally great.. all the guests were happy.. it was timely served and very well presented.
The dance floor in the basement adds another star.. our friends spent a good while rocking on the dance floor..

Great decor. Hidden gem in regards to style, awesome food with lovely flavours. Good selection of food and drinks. Great music and s something for a romantic meal or a family get together! Should be busier than it is!
I had dinner with my friends here on my birthday and this place didn't disappoint me! The Indian food here is probably the best you can have in the UK. The decor is chic! Loved everything about it and will visit again. Cheers!

We where 3 people and ordered the butter chiken wich was delicious with the egg fried rice and butter naan, everything was under £13 and we where full , beautiful service and a special thank you to chef Carla who came to see us and make sure everything is alright!

I have been visiting the Pink Turban restaurant for some time and every time I have been very impressed with the exceptional quality of the food. This is by far my first choice for Restaurants in Rayners Lane Harrow. I would recommend you try it out..

I went to pink turban on mother's day went there many time first time service was slow but food was amazing as usual I don't blame anyone because it was busy time I think when we go for enjoyment we should talk only for the atmosphere food and venue not any other issue
