One of thee best place for desserts. And the Dutch pancakes are a must to have it. It Rocks. Great joint for friends and family.
Oh and just to enhance it, maybe they could put candle lights for a softer and lighter atmosphere in the evening with soft lovely romantic music in the background. �
We did a special trip to Harrow after my daughter booked as in for the cream tea. So glad she did. To start there was a lovely cuddle cup of hot chocolate, loads of flavours to choose from, between us we tried the mint and tiramisu flavours, both lovely. Then there were chocolate shots, choose between dark, milk or white. All good. Then on to the food, a selection of freshly made, delicious sandwiches, warm scones with cream & jam and a selection of cakes and pastries . What we didn't finish was packed up nicely in boxes to take home. The staff were lovely, friendly, cheerful. We had a lovely couple of hours relaxing at The Chocolate Room and would definitely go back.x

Excellent eatery for a quick lunch and amazing chocolate. The donut with the chocolate syringe is amazing and unique. I visit quite often and the only downside at the moment is that construction going on next door which makes it look closed when it is not. Hope it does not go on for too long and will continue to visit. Definitely go there guys and enjoy!

Bought a leaving gift for work today (box of 24 chocolates). They were worth every penny. Staff were enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and the selection was comprehensive.
This place is Soo warm and loving and you will just love everything in the menu. The workers are Soo friendly and nice. I love the chocolate is just tooo amazing to eat

Didn't really notice this place, probably passed it a million times. Next door to Robert Dyas. 1 min walk from harrow on the Hill tube/bus station. The place is nice. Atmosphere is lovely, staff are super friendly. Prices are reasonable. The food itself was nice! Ordered the cookies and cream waffles and a Nutella blast Milkshake! Really nice. They have paninis aswell. Not sure if they serve halal meat. Please check with them before you order. Will check next visit and update accordingly.
Fantastic clean fresh desert cafe... we visited this place after having a steak. .. and we're not disappointed... we came just before the place was going to close but they allowed us to still order... the deserts are lovely the the staff very polite.
This place is heaven. These chocolate creations are so delicious you'll simply forget about any diet. Personnel is super nice and...did I mention the chocolate? I even fly to the UK for this stuff!
This place is amazing !.. doesn't look fancy so I am assuming not many people go to it.. but the quality of the deserts is one of the best I have had !!. Had the brownie sizzler and it was absolutely amazing !!. The mochachiino is also fantastic !! .. the staff is also nice ! .. should definitely visit the place again !
Lovely range of gourmet hot chocolates, the flavour combinations are amazing and creative. Also do nice desserts. Compared to the big chains there is definitely a more personal touch to customer service here.

Discovered this place on a shopping trip and decided to go in for a treat. As soon as you walk in you can smell the chocolate. This place is a dessert lovers heaven. Me and my friends went for the crepes, and these are the best crepes we have ever had. Delicious!! The quality and the presentation was spot on and they only use Belgian chocolate which tastes so much better than the stuff in other places. we can't stop raving about this place. my new favorite place for a treat. will be back
It’s such lovely place to chill & unwind. Their hot chocolates are so yummy because their do different unusual flavours. Also their do lovely desserts too & snacks. The staff are really friendly & lovely their make you feel welcome always love this place.
Staff are very nice and child friendly. The chocolate is lovely and the range of what's on offer is super. Some products take time to prepare but that's fully justified. Be patient and your wait will be rewarded. The Chocolate Room has become a regular stop when we go to Harrow town centre. Recommended!
Always get very good, efficient and friendly service here. The Variety of hot chocolate and other drinks available is great and vast more varied than the standard coffee chains. If you do like your hot chocolate and are in the local area, I cannot recommend this place enough!.
Great selection of desserts and drinks. To much to choose from for someone with a sweet tooth. They also provide afternoon tea and desserts you don't normally find in places such as chocolate fondue for sharing. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Afternoon Tea Heaven
booked afternoon tea at the chocolate room to see what it was like. there's not many places that are not in central london that do afternoon tea. so thought why not give it a try. was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the scones and cakes. also the loose leaf tea was something i have not seen anywhere with its own infuser pot. the staff are so friendly and attentive. they give you a good amount of food and cakes and even had a doggy bag some home as we was so full. this is a nice little place and would recommend to anyone who wants to have afternoon tea. 5 stars from me !
Nice variety of hot drinks, including different hot chocolates and a wide selection of chocolate based treats. There are also other treats, such as waffles, pancakes and ice cream sundaes. Basically a dessert parlour with the additional chocolate element, including a chocolate fondue. Always had a friendly service when we’ve been.
My first visit but it won't be my last! I tried the hot chocolate with caramel, topped with whipped cream and mini marshmallows - delicious. I thought it would be too naughty to have a Belguim waffle so I settled on a pannini, very nice and it didn't make me feel too greedy
The 'Room' was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful - what more could you want
