As a regular customer at Pret, I find myself coming in for coffee almost everyday. The Pret in Harrogate is truly delightful, offering great coffee and beautifully presented food. I am always greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming ambiance.
Staffs are vibrant and friendly, especially the manager, providing efficient and attentive service that enhances my visit even more. Their energy and dedication create a positive atmosphere that makes me feel valued as a customer.
Lovely but edited range of food. Friendly and helpful staff and service is quick even when they’re busy (which is often). As soon as the store opened I purchased a monthly subscription for £25 which is fantastic value for money. They’re still experiencing a few snags as a new store (but that’s not the store’s fault).
I often travel abroad and visit many places, this time going to the UK, specifically I stopped in Harrogate. I was already familiar with the Pret a Manger chain and relying on the name guarantee, I went to this shop. Once I entered, I was amazed by how the shop looks inside: top cleanliness, welcoming and helpful staff, very helpful and nice manager. What more can I say? I felt at home!
I hardly leave reviews when I go to a place, but this shop really impressed me both in hospitality and in food choice / quality.
Definitely on my next trip I will switch back to Harrogate's Pret a Manger.
Def one of the better coffee and (substantial) snack joints. Not a huge user as not local but is very constant across outlets. I would prefer slightly stronger coffee and a minor gripe that something you liked a couple of weeks ago has apparently disappeared but there's always a good or good new alternative
Called in for a coffee so no rating on the cakes & other food available. However the filter coffee was hot & strong, staff were nice , seating area clean and tidy.
I was passing by, in Harrogate for a short trip, and I saw this shop, I decided to give it a try.
The staff team was very welcoming, and helped me out on choosing the item, even my English is not very good.
Is a shame that I I just tried it, before back home.
I will for sure visit again.
I have been to many prets but none are as clean and efficient as this one, the manager above all very friendly and available to solve any problem and misunderstanding, an exquisite, professional and efficient person. highly recommended
