Son and I had just been for a walk / geocaching adventure in the surrounding beautiful area. (For context; dog had jumped up at me - I was absolutely clarted in mud - felt a bit up market but we found a nice bench out of the way.) My son said the coffee was really good (double shot flat white) and I found my cup of tea perfectly fine. Should have asked but wanted to know what type of black tea it was. Could have done with a corrugated cardboard cup holder (I just like them). Prices seemed a bit high.. think I saw some mini dog biscuits for Β£1 and that startled me. Anyway - a welcome oasis midst natures wonderland.

For what it is and how it's evolved since opening, it's wonderful. Access is down a rather unassuming gravel type of road, about a 5 minute walk from Harlow Carr. It's very much dog friendly. The drinks and snacks are of a good quality. Service is friendly, and is usually fairly efficient. Prices are a little expensive. The giant teepee is excellent, spacious and well furnished. It's cosy in the colder months but can get quite hot and stuffy in warmer weather. There's a porta loo on the site. Not great but better than nothing.

Gorgeous little find. Will be back. Thank you. Great egg sandwich and fantastic selection Pukka herbal teas for the caffeine free drinkers.

Excellent facility. Friendly. Lovely homemade cakes. Popular with the dog walkers. Plenty of seating and the tipi/yurt is a great structure. Spacious inside. Dog friendly. Fire pit. Very warm n snug. Throws, reading material and games all supplied. Attractively decorated. Very impressed. Lemon drizzle cake was very good, as was the hot chocolate.

Lovely find both after a nice walk in Birk Crag or just popping in. People who own/run it are super friendly. Lots of outside seating or in the teepee. So comfortable and cosy especially with pit fire. Good coffee, snacks and a new pizza oven.

I stopped here on a long walk with my dog. Enjoyed a good capuchino and a hot bacon roll. Nice outdoor area to sit and if it rained there was a cosy teepee to sit in too. Bacon roll was very good!

A little gem! We wanted a coffee after a walk at RHS Harlow Carr, we had heard of this place but had never been. It's about 10 minutes walk from Harlow Carr and well worth it! Plenty of choice for drinks - hot & cold, cakes, pastries and hot/cold sandwiches. They have just started doing BLT's - I can highly recommend them. You can sit outside on benches, or, there is also a very cosy Tipi with sofas. Really nice place to have a break, staff could not have been more friendly. Perfect!

A lovely spot, either as a destination or a break from a nice local walk. Often the waiting times for a coffee are long as I fear the menu is too broad however there is a great selection of snacks and a beautifully cosy tepee to shelter from the elements.

Something a bit different - a trailer serving drinks and food with seating outdoors or in a tepee (with heating). Good coffee and cake. They also do hot sandwiches.
