First time to visit and really enjoyed it. Food was hot and very tasty and you know you are full when you leave.
The surrounding are pleasant and very relaxing to have your meal. The staff were very polite and friendly

Having lived in Leeds many years ago before moving down south, I used to visit this place at a time when it was going a bit downhill. Suffice to say, under new management I was incredibly surprised at the turnaround!

First time we have visited since begging of Lockdown what a really lovely evening we have had the staff were excellent, very polite. The food was lovely I always get the Smokey Joe burger and it certainly did not disappoint, I even got a sneak peak of the new menu that is coming out next week Wow
Stumbled across this place by accident and so pleased we did. All 4 of us really enjoyed the food. One of the nice steaks I've had in this country. Staff were very attentive
I am so glad the DY is back and even better than before!!, it is much improved on the previous operator lovely refreshing interior, warm and welcoming, The burgers are made fresh daily, the fries are not greasy, The Meatloaf Deli burger was exceptional, washed down with a lovely pint or 2 of Rudgat
Great to see this re-opened under new management. Great menu selection. Good portions, friendly staff, lovely atmosphere. Food was great. I'll definitely be back.

15 of our golf society booked and ate at the Damn Yankee, the service, food the cost was first class. Well done guys.
Will visit again soon.
Our eyes were bigger than our stomachs attempting the Scooby snack but it was worth it. Wonderful food, great decor and what felt like an authentic American experience at home. Try the root beer float, it's gorgeous.
Worst food I had whilst in Harrogate. But the service I received in compensation for the food issues was amazing. Front of house staff were exceptional!! Shame ya can't eat as well as your looked after.
The meal was ok the staff were great give them time to train the cook's and it will be a good place for the family and people to eat we went to the dam Yankee on Saturday 7-8-2021 we had ribs unfortunately they were to big so I eat half and took the rest home the staff were friendly and made us at
Wow! A great taste of good o'l Americana Tex Mex. They did a great job. The cooks were spot on with the Fajitas and the Corona beer was an excellent touch. Harrogate is a beautiful town with what appears to be dozens of restaurants. Everything is walking distance.
