Food was great. After searching for somewhere that wouldn't cost us an arm and a leg for dinner we came across portofino, reasonably priced and portion sizes were massive. Food was also very tasty. Decor is very nice and the service staff were great, Valentino and Daria couldn't do enough for us, giving great friendly service. Well be coming back here when next in Harrogate again.
Busy place but service was good. Prices good especially when we went midweek as we got a starter and a main for £14 each. Staff and manager nice and friendly. Food tasty. Would definitely go back

Superb Italian style restaurant. The food is absolutely fantastic with superb relation between prices and quality/quantity. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very clean place. Highly recommend ❤️👍

We came for an evening meal having been enticed by the diners’ meals! We also sat by the window and was promptly offered drinks. We’d chosen a starter and it came pretty quickly. The calamari was hot and fresh and the garlic mushrooms were garlicky and delicious!! Then came our pizza and calzone which was also we’re tasty! They were so big that they didn’t fit the plate!! There was a lovely mix of music playing in the background and the atmosphere was lovely! Had a really good evening!!
Very busy on Saturday night, but we were still seated at our reserved table on time. Food and service was first class and prices very reasonable. Will definitely visit again the next time we are in Harrogate!

Great value, we visited at lunch time and had the 2 courses for £12.95. Food was very tasty with big portion sizes. Menu is very big with lots of selection, so something for everyone. Staff was attentive and polite, would visit again.
We absolutely LOVE this restaurant. We have been so any times and it is our “go to” when we’ve finished work. Even when working late at night they fit us in. Valentino is probably one of the best front of house guys ever, so friendly and nothing too much trouble. Anyone who hadn’t tried here yet…. Came as a group of 13 for lunch today. Great welcome from the staff, who looked after us well whilst there.
There is no gluten free menu, but they have pizza and pasta that can be made to any topping, plus the usual meats, fish, salad etc. Would definitely visit again.
Extensive menu and first class service. The restaurant has a genuine Italian feel and prices were reasonable. Food was excellent and portions generous.
