Popped back in the other night for Christmas drinks with friends. New management, laid back, nice atmosphere. Limited range of ale by today's good pub standards.

A fantastic party venue! Caters for parties and has karaoke, landlady is wonderfully social and no request is ingored as she tries her best to cover all bases. I will be returning.
Saw some really great comedy in the function room. Downstairs is not overly welcoming to non drinkers but nice enough. Session pub sort of place.
Great place for a party. We hired the room upstairs. Everyone said it was a great space for a party. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
A bit rough round the edges but ended up having a great night. DJ left a bit to be desired but the karaoke was great.
