Here I have found there is always good, friendly service and a smile, I am amazed how they remember so many regular faces and orders and I appreciate their great service :) It can be a very busy spot at certain times of the day but I have almost always found a seat, more upstairs - and the WiFi works better up there! Even with a bit of bustle I can always get my book out and do some research reading. :)

Often busy branch, nice seasonal drink selection and cool aircon really nice this time of year!
(School students at finishing time can make it busy, nothing against but staff must get a bit harried when 4 kids go upstairs but only 1 maybe buys a drink - hey I get it, free WiFi! 😁)
Generally tidy and clean, in need of a bit of refurbishment / spruce up that's been said to be coming for a couple of years.

Pretty much always got someone in the queue - busy little place! Good amount of seating upstairs. Little cramped downstairs when queueing/waiting for your order.
Staff are always nice and friendly. Last time I went in, they were mucking around quite a bit though, which is fine, but it was just a bit too much. I wouldn't talk too loudly about my personal life and mess around with friends (customers, not staff) on shift when paying customers are so close...
Drinks are always good and little treats are always nice, too.
We generally don't eat at Starbucks just enjoy their beautiful coffee and purchase their decaf beans which they grind for us to use at home!
Always a nice stop off in Harrogate when shopping, it is always too warm in here but I don't really mind personally as during the wet weather it means your clothes dry quickly!
There is a small seating area outside and some seating inside downstairs with the main seating area being upstairs.
Staff are welcoming and respectful, able to make drinks with perfectly sprayed cream on a hot chocolate to the signature soy cream pattern on a latte.

We sat in the large area upstairs and it was clean and clear.
We ordered via the app because there was a big queue and we had our little boy with us. It was really good to be able to fully customise my hot chocolate even down to the temperature.
We had some rolls as well, and they were prepared well, and were lovely and fresh.
Emy makes this place alive! She’s always so welcoming and friendly! My fiancée goes in more than me and Emy remembers her usual order! We’ve seen her on many occasions and never seen her not happy and welcoming! I hope this review gets passed on to Emy!
Coming to this Starbucks is honestly one of my favourite parts of the day. The staff are always wonderful and remember my order, I'm greeted with a smile by everyone, drinks are always spot-on and they're accomodating of my dietary requirements. Blueberry muffin is top tier as well. Mostly though, the best thing about this place is the staff. Never met another team in which I like every single employee. Love it!
My wife received excellent care from this shop during this strange time. She is 6 months pregnant and was out with our 20month old daughter when she found she needed the toilet. As most toilets are now closed due to the lockdown the staff chose to open up the toilets for her to use (allowed under the government's compassionate reasons guidelines). This may seem like a small thing but for a pregnant women this is the difference between being able to go out or not in this season. Thank you particularly to Colin for this!
Absolutely MUST mention EMY on the counter!!! Turned up to order a Mocha & pastry yesterday & realised i'd left my wallet in the car about 1/4 mile away!! ☹️ Not only did she carry on with my order but she paid for it as well & said not to worry... fantastic customer service & a restoration of a bit of faith in humanity 👍😁

Usual starbuck quality. Large seating area. Dishwasher out of action so no proper mugs or plates.
