Nice place. Staff are friendly and helpful. Reasonable prices. There are high chairs available for the little ones. The steak pie and lasagne are good, plenty of steak in the pie. A free drink comes with the kids meal, one choice is a milkshake, but you can't get chocolate flavour.

Food was great, staff were friendly. The only down side was leaving your phone No, your last name and postcode on a pad on a table for everyone to see this makes a mockery of the data protection act that all companies say they follow.

They have outstanding chips and hot chocolate, they had quick service and were so kind!!
The only problem I had was the ketchup and mayonnaise, it was good but because of COVID restrictions they had to be in a packet which is understandable.
Plenty of room between the tables so you don't feel on top of your neighbour. Had jacket potato with chilli and cheese which was lovely. Very fast service. Friendly and polite staff, will definitely return if I'm in Harrogate again.
Good enough service. This cafe looks as though it should be nicer. It feels shabby and rough edged. Stained menus and greasy spoon fare. It just felt down-market and could be spruced up. Ok though.....
really lovely cafe and staff. Marta is an excellent waitress. always helps you. The rest of the staff are very good as well. Meals are nice and hot. will definitely call again
The coffee was lovely,nice and hot. Only problem was the spoon fell on the floor as the young man delivery my coffee to me.and sadly it was picked up and put back on the saucer lookerly I didn't the spoon, but he wasn't to know that.
Leaving 5 stars for brilliant service and good food. Very kind and professional waiter who went an extra mile to help us. Could do with a little bit more smiles from other members of staffs. Overall everyone very professional.
I was yesterday morning with my mum and my daughter and the service we received from the young lad was exceptional, it’s nice to go to somewhere where you hear the workers laughing and having fun while at work
We had 3 full breakfasts, coffee and a got chocolate with cream all of which were lovely
