Had a coffee in here with my friend. Not a coffee perfectionist so I'm easily pleased the drink was lovely and helpful service. Can't complain. It was also pretty quiet early morning which was nice.
Nice, interesting interior, spread out over three levels - basement ground floor and mezzanine. Plenty of seating.
Friendly staff and great drinks. Only let down by the cleanliness of the toilets.
It's a very roomy coffee shop with friendly staff and good central location. Only disappointment was the Iced Vanilla whipped latte. I had one at the Starbeck branch where they have an old school milkshake whipper which created a very different product than using the normal blender jug in town.
Always good to find a Costa,but that day was very busy with long queues heading out through the door. It was over the Xmas period and the upstairs area and toilets were shut.Not sure why.Coffees and hot chocolate drinks are always very good and the cakes tempting.This is why Costa is so popular.
Staff were very helpful and coffee up to Costa top standard.

When I visited they were understaffed but they truly did a wonderful job at helping customers and getting orders out it in a timely manner. Definitely a lovely Costa to visit! Thank you to the staff for all your work!
Good quality as always, tiny bit over priced but I suppose you know what you're signing up for. Nice interior design, average amount of seating. Staff always seem lovely and like they're enjoying themselves. The toasted sandwiches are AMAZING.
I visited on Friday 19th of May and I must say this was the very best Costa Coffee that I have visited. The staff are a real credit to the company.
Your coffee if put in the tall red containers keeps HOTTER 4 longer-- Their sandwiches R just the right size 👌 😋 and prices 👌

Spacious, quasi industrial decor, long queues, pleasant staff.
Good food as always. Lovely atmosphere and they will always customise the drink to your liking. Xmas menu terry's chocolate orange drink to mke it more chocolatey put the choco segment in the drink (highly recommended)
We always visit a Costa wherever we go. This one is quite spacious. Staff very friendly. A little bit slow on service, but one of the girls had just started working there so we told her next time we visited she would be a master of making the nice pattern on top of coffee.
