Haven't bought any bike stuff, just coffee and snacks in their great cafe. It's a great place to work or relax whilst drinking super coffee.

I went to the café part of the shop on my bike. They have free-to-borrow bike locks and a metal bar to shang your bike up on outside. They provided excellent service and all the staff were friendly. They have nice bagels and delicious mochas; you are also provided with a free cup of water per person
Unfortunately, the bike I wanted did not fit my body type. Nevertheless I can't fault Prologue's approach and customer service, Jacob and Chris were great. They even managed to get me a test bike for a week! I would recommend Prologue and hopefully I can get a bike from them in the future.
Excellent service done on my road bike and the shop stocks everything you need; essentials and treats. Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff.
Took my 5 year old Scott Speedster in for a Level 2 service, the team were great m, gave me regular updates and ended up downgrading my service to a level 1 due to it not needing it. They have an amazing cafe and an amazing range of bikes to choose from! A must stop!
Great service from a family owned and run business. They stock some of the best cycling brands and products you can find. Always keen to help on every visit. Fantastic coffee shop with great choice of quality meals using local produce - always a good vibe in a nice setting.
Bike shop great but the attached cafe slow. 25 minutes from ordering for first drink to come, then rest of order forgotten.

Owner run bike shop. Friendly advice, great selection of road bikes, components & clothing. Knowledge workshop staff. Excellent coffee & food plus a sunny terrace to enjoy it on. Can't recommend highly enough!

I went during lockdown so only the cafe was open. The hot chocolate was divine and they had a great selection of baked goods, drinks, protein bars etc. The bikes on show were beautiful and the actual shop was closed off but it looked pretty nifty! Went in to Prologue yesterday with a problem with my back wheel. Asked Aaron to have a look at it which he was happy to do so despite being very busy. He located the issue pretty quickly as it being a problem with the freehub and explained everything to me- which is useful when you're not extremely

Friendly cafe staff and very competent bike mechanics. I was in Harrogate for a cycling trip and I visited the shop on a Saturday afternoon. Despite the shop was busy with other customers, they managed to fix the issue I had with my road bike (realignment of the derailleur) in a few minutes.
Best bikes & bike bits by far, these guys really know their stuff. Great service, expert help & a brilliant atmosphere.
High end local bike shop with a first class.cafe showing all the top cycling events. Coffee and cake are both outstanding and cyclists can refuel with healthy brekky or lunch.
Great local bike shop that I will be using in the future - incredibly helpful/friendly and identified the issue with my steerer expander bung straight away (incorrectly set-up by manufacturer).
