We have eaten here quite a bit as a family whilst our kitchen is being replaced. Everyone enjoys the food, and there is enough variety to satisfy all the picky eaters(even in a party of up to 12)! We have been for either lunch or tea, and have managed to miss the busy periods more by luck than judgment. I have to say we have never had a bad or cold meal, and certainly nothing like the wait in some of the other reviews. The staff have been very attentive and helpful, and not got our order wrong at all. They have been lovely. We will keep coming back as we really like the Harrogate branch.
One of the best Nando’s in the UK, I’ve been to a fair few, when they first opened up it was a bit hit and miss but over the last year They’ve really upped their game. Disabled toilet is a little hard to get into because of where they have decided to store the high chairs but other than that great, the chicken thighs are cooked to perfection, best chef ever!
Friendly staff good service and the food spot on would recommend it

Good quick service which is what we needed after being let down at the Majestic Hotel where we were staying.

We enjoyed the food and staff were helpful and nice. The platter meals were not available, but the alternatives we had were still filling. A few minutes walk from our hotel, so it's all good.
It can’t be, surely not, is it? Have I found the best Nando’s in the UK?? The staff cared, the chicken was incredible and moist, fries not crunchy, garlic bread not nuked.. staff interactions, not one spotty teenage member of staff anywhere… clean environment…. It was an emotional experience!
Ended up visiting this venue on 3 occasions during my stay in Harrogate! I can only say I had a good experience all 3 times with different staff on shift
The service was friendly, attentive and they were generally welcoming. The food is pretty much standard all round but I'll say the food always came hot and we didn't wait long . Will happily visit again if I'm ever back on the area!

Went on Friday evening with a friend - crazy busy. Left my name and number with Milly (absolutely lovely and great waitress btw! So chatty and nice), expecting a call in 30 minutes like she said. 8 minutes later, I got a call saying they had a free table (which was sticky)!
Ordered on the app, nice and easy. Our food actually came before our glasses for our drinks which was a bit odd. Also, I asked for halloumi and cheddar on my burger, but I didn't get the cheddar :( wasn't too fussed and they were busy so I didn't mention it.
Then, when my friend went up for cutlery, they had completely ran out, so we had to sit and wait with our food in front of us for a few minutes without eating until the cutlery came out.
Prices have of course gone up a couple quid since I last went which isn't a surprise, but I probably have Nando's like 4 times a year so I can justify spending the money every now and then.
Overall, definitely wouldn't go on a weekend evening again if I could avoid it. Mid-week lunch or even ordering it for collection at home will be much less stressful.

On a little break in Harrogate and was craving a cheeky Nandos. Of course, the food did not disappoint.
You may call it over priced chicken but it taste pretty damn good.
I got half a chicken with a large salad. And my partner had the sunset burger, coleslaw and red salt chips. We also bought two bottomless drinks for about £25 - incredibly cheap. Oh and we got a free pitta and dips as we had nandos points.
The staff were lovely too - they asked us if our meal was okay.
Great service, The manager Rob brought me straight in as I only wanted to order peri peri chips and he was very kind to put the fresh fries down for me and told me my wait time! Also checked to make sure they were being put together! ALL Staff Very polite kind and mannerable! Great job
Good service while busy during Great Yorkshire Show week, food was quick to come out.
Jack the manager was fantastic. The food was limited but went out of his way to help us and left us feeling very happy customers. Jack was fantastic in the Harrogate branch, warm and welcoming with fantastic customer service. Lovely gentlemen and if you’re a visitor jack will sort you out and help if you’re in need.
Called in with family after a trip to nearby Mother Shiptons and we had a great time.
The app was a bit of a pain to use but once we got this sorted out, everything was lovely.
The food arrived quickly enough,the staff were lovely and helpful... the only issue we had was no toilet roll in the toilet. This was a disabled toilet and other customers may not have had assistance with them to get staff to fetch a new roll. This definitely needs to be checked more frequently.
Overall it was nice worth a minor blip. We'll worth a visit.
We had a lovely dinner at Nando’s Harrogate the staff were great Georgia and Saira served us were very helpful and friendly and Mattie cooked out chicken to perfection he really is the best chicken grilla in town 🏆🏆
