This pub has really changed. It's now a vibrant busy place serving good food at reasonable prices. It does get busy and can be very noisy. There are plenty of tables for eating and drinking with an area at the far end of the pub for darts and pool. There can be a long wait at very busy times. Plenty
Nice pub that has been recently renovated to a high standard. This is a dog friendly pub that shows live Sport. The food menu is also good and serves good food at a reasonable price. It is a 15 minute walk from Harrogate Caravan park, and a 30 minute walk into the town centre.
A very welcome addition after a major refurbishment to Harrogates pub food.
Very nicely decorated inside now. Varied menu avalible that ie generic and "chain pub" but lots on offer.
I had the cheese and bacon burger which was lovely. Thick burger well cooked.
Onion rings had a slightly odd taste
Came here as a child often and didn't come for about 8-10 years up until a family meal in March and then again in October.
Lovely, proper food! Piping hot, brilliant portion sizes, and decently priced!
Deffo gives me more middle aged - old people vibes by the interior and staff, but still a lovely
Stayed here in our campervan overnight. Some traffic noise.

Not a huge carpark but no problem parking, slight slope.

Food was fabulous apart from I ordered a chicken and ham pie and I was served a chicken and mushroom pie I had eaten half of pie before I realised so didn't inform the staff hence lower score on service
Great pub food. Lovely welcoming pub atmosphere. Reasonable priced and good sized portions. Great tea time out with the kids.
Get place to go for refreshments before going to football , the coach supporters were welcomed .

Staff are kind and understanding (I had my parents with me who both have dementia and are not always easy to please). Food is a reasonable price and excellent quality. Easy access and nice and warm. Will definitely be going again.
Come here every week before watching Harrogate Town and its the first time we have eaten. Had the burger and turkey and ham pie. Delicious food and excellent value. Love this pub.
