A wonderful time was enjoyed at Piccolino this evening with nothing being too much trouble. Our waitress Sophie was absolutely perfect! Personable, polite and professional. Any queries relating to allergies were checked to ensure inclusivity. Food and drinks were of an extremely high quality. The restaurant was well presented and both the bar and restaurant managers were pleasant. Thank you Jose for acknowledging my feedback about Sophie. If you want fine dining then Piccolino is your place.
We visited Piccolino for the first time 5/6/23 as a birthday treat for myself. The reception from Salvatore and his colleagues was very friendly and welcoming, and we were exceptionally well looked after during our meal. From start to finish we cannot fault Piccolino Harrogate and the sublime service we received from Paul.
Food was beautiful with each course close to perfection. I had scallops, Black Angus rib eye and cheese, and my wife had prawn bruschetta, fillet steak, and choux bun. Every morsel was delicious and full of flavour.
The service from Paul was friendly and attentive, but not overly so, which made us comfortable and the overall experience more enjoyable.
Dinner with friends on the first night of a short holiday in Harrogate. Everyone enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. It has a varied menu with something for everyone. My wife and I tried to ox cheek and mash which was bursting with flavour. House wines are a bit expensive but that’s what you get these days. Service was great but the place was empty so they were not run off their feet.
Lovely restaurant with great food, fantastic staff (Lara was outstanding) and a great atmosphere. Service was a little slow the night we went but the waitress explained that a new section of the restaurant had been opened that night and the staff were not expecting it so tables were in wrong places. The kitchen is also quite small for the amount of covers. If you're in a hurry you may be best placed to tell them so when you book/arrive otherwise enjoy the food and the atmosphere it's lovely.
Booked a table last minute on Saturday night. Wonderful experience, got sat and served very quickly, cocktails were lovely. Splurged out on the lobster and steak and it was an absolute delight. Would recommend.
Lovely food & service. The ladies waiting on us were great, the chap advising on the wine was brilliant and the toilets were clean. After a week away from home this has been a highlight. The wife had lasagna and I went for veal escalope - both were so tasty!
We enjoyed our meal and accompanying bottle of wine. I was cold sat under the air con unit and the staff kindly moved us to another table. Very noisy as it was a Sat night but lovely food and attentive staff. Would recommend
From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the servers were showing us to our table and taking out coats. The food was absolutely amazing! Really fresh and hot! All through the evening the waiters were making sure we were okay and we're all super polite. Left the restaurant feeling like a princess. Definitely will be going again!
Our first time here and definately not our last. Wonderful service from Serge who was very attentive and the food was incredible. Fantastic flavours... loved the atmosphere and will certainly return soon.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of celebrating our civil partnership at Piccolino Harrogate, and we can't thank Salvatore, Lucinda, Sergio, and Conor enough for making our day absolutely unforgettable.
From the moment we arrived at this charming restaurant and bar, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that immediately put us at ease. The extraordinary rooftop terrace, with its lovely retractable roof, provided the perfect setting for our special occasion. The ability to enjoy the open air or have cover as needed was a fantastic touch, and it truly added to the unique atmosphere.
One of the highlights of the evening was undoubtedly the amazing canapés that were served. Not only were they beautifully presented, but the portions were also incredibly generous, ensuring that all our guests were more than satisfied. The blend of flavors and textures was a culinary delight, and it exceeded all our expectations.
What truly stood out, however, was the impeccable service and attention to detail provided by Salvatore, Lucinda, Sergio, and Conor. It felt like we were celebrating with an Italian family, and their warm and friendly interaction with our guests created an inviting and festive atmosphere that we'll cherish forever.
Their willingness to go above and beyond was evident when they helped us with setting up the venue, ensuring that every detail was perfect. They even took great care in storing our belongings securely until the next day, allowing us to enjoy the evening without any worries.
The location of Piccolino Harrogate is also worth noting. Situated across from the Turkish Baths in Harrogate, it offers a picturesque backdrop that added to the overall ambiance of our celebration.
In conclusion, our civil partnership ceremony at Piccolino Harrogate was an absolute success, thanks in large part to Salvatore, Lucinda, Sergio, and Conor. We couldn't have asked for a more dedicated and accommodating team to help us create cherished memories on our special day. Very lovely food and people serving were very nice!
Lunchtime meal … really enjoyed the visit, warm welcome at the door by name and taken directly to my friend’s table. Great coffee and killer biscotti , wondered if made onsite? Food tasted full of flavour, one small note the Buffalo mozzarella had been diced I prefer it in sliced, a very small point. Bread and butter pudding was amazing.

My wife stumbled and sprained her ankle while we were walking outside. We went in only so she could sit down. They were so caring and helpful and gave my wife an ice pack, which I believe greatly helped reduce her injury. If they care about their customers like they care about non-paying visitors I would highly recommend this venue.
