Very good. We didn't book ahead, and thankfully, they had availability on a Saturday evening. We were celebrating a birthday and only had to wait for a few minutes at the bar for a table to become available. Service was very good, but there was no complimentary drink or dessert for the celebration. However, it was well worth the visit and reasonably priced.
The food here is fresh and delicious. Lots to choose from. Service is excellent and the staff are really helpful. Great value for money. Book in advance though because it gets very busy..... no wonder!
Ottoman taste of Turkish food, some dishes never tasted before. Karnıyarık was lush stuffed aubergine with lamb, nice and succulent. Generous portions, felt a bit pressurised to order more starters by the waiter which was a bit uncomfortable.
Really fantastic dining experience last night with a group of girlfriends. The food was delicious and felt really authentic. The staff are attentive but not over-bearing and were super-friendly. Would highly recommend.
The best sharing platter I have ever had! Never really tried Turkish cuisine before and boy was this an incredible introduction. The hot sharing platter (highly recommend) included lots of different traditional foods and I thoroughly enjoyed every single one of them, we shared between 4 of us but I'd have happily had it all to myself! The rest of the food was good and prices were reasonable for the quality of the food we received. Would recommend a visit.
We visited here on the 2nd night of our Harrogate weekend. It was Saturday night and the staff were very accommodating to squeeze us in without a reservation as the restaurant was full. The food was excellent and I recommend the slow cooked leg of lamb special. The waiting staff were very young but super-keen to please and this all added to the charm of the place. The owner was leading the hospitality and took a real interest in our experience. This is a definite visit again.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Can't recommend enough. Lovely ambience, friendly lovely staff, and the food was incredible. Can't believe the price for the value, will definitely be going back. Felt very safe too with covid regulations, and they cater to dietary requirements like gluten free. Thought I'd posted a review, went a few weeks ago for my dad's birthday! Basically, please go! Every part of the meal was delicious.

Came here for mine and my boyfriends 1 year anniversary meal, and I really enjoyed it!
My sucuk starter was divine and hot, my main was nice, and I was able to swap my potatoes for rice with no issues, but there wasn't as much meat as I was anticipating, especially for £22.50.
My partner enjoyed his starter, but there were two very fatty bits which he couldn't swallow and left on the plate. He didn't enjoy his main as much as I did mine, but that was just his decision, not necessarily wrong with his food.
We were both very, very let down by the dessert. Whenever we go out to eat at a Mediterranean/Turkish/Greek restaurant, we always share a baklava for dessert, which is served as a hearty slice, however, in Konak, we received 3 small cubes of baklava. Not impressed at all considering it never said that on the menu, and it was £7.50 I think. Massive let down in my opinion.
My partner said he won't be coming back for a while, and if we do return, we definitely won't be sharing a dessert.
The blonde waitress was really lovely, and the other staff were nice too, and one of the waiters had good knowledge on the "special" of the day. It was a little busy when we went, but we weren't sat near anyone which was nice. It is a nice atmosphere in there and the staff are nice and it is a cute lil place, but a touch pricey for some of the food.
Another great meal here. My squid dish was absolutely delicious and would be happy to have it again if there weren't so many other tempting offers!
Love it, a feel at home atmosphere. Nice friendly staff. I was going to Greek tomorrow but think I'll come back here instead :D
