Very busy place. Quite tight for a long queue. About 4 members of the staff serving/trying.
Queue moved very slow and few customers gave up.
Coffee was okaish
Service and tight space was a bit let down.
Service is good overall, but like a lot of branches now it's starting to look and feel a bit out dated. Chairs and tables are a little grubby.
I had an excellent lunch at this establishment today. I particularly enjoyed the service provided by Adam as he was polite, courteous and answered all my queries to the best of his abilities.
Only had tea but staff friendly and polite.
Excellent care and helpful made me feel at ease. Checked if had allergies.

Not sure if Head Office really thinks through some of promotions they run though as what should be simple eg the app for ordering ahead doesn't stand up to the amount of traffic it gets and staff are l

Ok but the place was very messy with lots of tables that hadn't been cleared. Also we swapped tables twice as they wobbled a lot.
Ordered a coffee to click and collect. It was ready in 5 minutes. Ordered a second coffee for someone else and a bakewell tart. The coffee was again ready in 5 minutes. Unfortunately no bakewell tarts today, but an alternative was offered. I would be happy to come here again.
Great staff. Great coffee. Only complaint is they never have the chocolate twists in stock and most cakes /muffins are far too sweet.
