The barista had a nice welcoming smile and as always the coffee and muffins were great. The High Street Costa is maybe due for a makeover?
Lovely Costa shop, usual food drink options, friendly staff and nice ambience.
Parking is available so easy for meetings. Never gets too busy as a result a much cleaner location than some.
Sandwiches over priced at £5 but coffee shops aren't cheap.

First stop after getting off the train. No queue 🫣 and served very promptly. Harpenden was busy with the bank holiday Thursday for the Jubilee so made the most of this quiet oasis!

Like all Costa branches this one always needs one extra member of staff but its not their fault and they manage very well. This store is clean and tidy, the service is very good and the staff are friendly.
A nice sized coffee house with around 15 tables and comfortable seating. Staff are excellent rotate with those at Costa High Street but this site seems much more organised. Tables are regularly cleared and big glass windows keep the place bright and cheerful.

I really Love the choice of food and drink. I also like the atmosphere. Been going a few years, since it opened, they have coped really well with the Pandemic the staff have excellent customer service and courtesy in the stressful times. Will be going there again for as long as possible.
