Have eaten here many times. Probably the best Indian restaurant around this region. Great staff, good food and the owner takes an interest in his customers. The menu is varied to include tapas as well as the traditional dishes. Recommended. Jason.

I have had lunch at the Spice Rack, and have had them deliver dinner. There staff is very nice and their food is delicious. I have liked everything I have tried. I would definitely say their dishes are spicer than other Indian I have had in Harpenden, and I mean that in a great way!

Great value lunch on a Sunday. Probably my favourite Indian restaurant in Harpenden (although I do also love The Cherry Tree). The tapas style allows you to try various dishes.
I ordered some food yesterday while on a business trip to Harpenden. Excellent food and prompt delivery service, though the vegetable paratha was a bit bland, they can certainly do better. The saag aloo and vegetable rice were very good.
Update: eat in for two blokes at 40 quid is outstanding.2x naan, 2x dishes, 2x large beers and rice. All very tasty, <= 41 GBP. Will return!
