I came in with my friends and ordered for lunch , I really get impressed with the service and the food was really so good in taste, the young lady who served me Kelly I think her name was was extremely helpful, kind and patient , I think she was the shift manager.

A massive improvement since the app started, finally you can order over the phone and collect when arriving. The new free WiFi has improved as well, the only down side about the restaurant is the cleansing could be poor during lunch time. as there's a lack of staff on the shop floor.

Great for fast food. However service was slow. When we ordered there was hardly anybody but when we got our order there were a raft of customers waiting for their ordered. Either slow workers or not enough staff.

Vegan royal is superb, I would recommend everyone try this store as it has excellent management with professional restaurant staff .

Food was delicious excellent hamburger the restaurant was very clean our only gripe was the coffee was extremely weak this place is well worth a visit we would certainly be returning

It was quiet when I visited but some tables were uncleaned for a while and the floor needed sweeping.
Good food, good service. It's fast food, hard to get wrong lol.

food is hit and miss some time burnt other times good, good voucher offer via the apps, also ripped damage seat, suprise health and safety from HSE inspection visit yet. Last visit with my 3 children the other week they are so rude especially the managers, they not practicing basic hygiene, they are not cleaning down tables after other customers have use the table I had request a table clean. they change the seats well done Burger king
