Its in quiet residencial area. Rooms are very quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff. Had a issue with water leaking from shower into bedroom area - was moved to another room next day no problem. Lots of parking space. Pleasant pub with restaurant. Enjoyed our 6 night stay very much.
We arrived and we were told our table was not ready and asked to go into the bar to get a drink the bar was full with just one person serving so we did not bother to have a drink. Relaxing stay
I visited Harlow for a wedding. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I stayed in room 209 a little weary after reading a review that its was a “hot box” with just a fan to keep it cool.

It was busy for a Tuesday evening but staff were attentive & Lauren was super helpful throughout & sorting the bill for us. Lauren was really helpful letting us serve a birthday cake & helping light it.

Went to the Restaurant for a Birthday meal with 7 other friends. We thought the meals were really tasty. The service was friendly and prompt. We were served by a very knowledgeable guy called Andy who was very attentive and friendly. We couldn't fault anything.
We had a fantastic stay at Green Man Pub. The breakfast was good and the room was fantastic, very comfortable and well-equipped. It is quite expensive but we would stay here again if in the area.
(The price/value is the only thing stopping it from being 5 stars from us)
We really loved the Green Man, we stayed for 1 night and ate in the bar. Breakfast in particular was fantastic, the only thing I will say is the rooms are very dark, it's lovely but it makes it impossible to apply makeup so maybe different lighting in the bathroom would be a good idea.
