As the first Ampersand Brew Co pub you'd expect a great selection of craft beers, and you would not be disappointed! Over 12 beers on tap, interesting rums, a wide variety of gins and various other options make the Cap an ideal venue for a quick drink or an all day session. The staff are friendly, t
We LOVE LOVE LOVE The Cap, utterly amazing beers, lovely relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, excellent food stalls in regularly and really awesome staff, who could ask for more?! They have just opened their kitchen on Wednesdays too but haven't had a chance to try that out yet!
Awesome Staff, Lovely Pub, Huge Variety Of Local Beer. Great Place to play Darts!
Reading the low ratings, this pub may not be for Moretti / Peroni drinkers, which is what makes it for me. There is no need to have a beer that you don't like here as they will always offer a sample. Not all are to everyone's taste, or mine, but with 12 on the go, you'll be hard pressed to find one
A great selection of beer on tap, clean pub that's well decorated.
Live music, brilliant beer, really good staff, brilliant beer, good food, brilliant beer. What more could you ask for?
Brilliant roast and very good value for money. Kids menu is also very good πŸ‘πŸΌ
Great pub in the centre of Harleston. Excellent range of cask, keg, bottled and canned beer. Discounts for take out. Really friendly and helpful bar staff. As at May 2021 only doing food from Wednesday evenings post Covid lockdown easing. Covid protocols in place πŸ‘. And they're dog friendly too πŸ•πŸΆπŸ‘
Lovely atmosphere, much like a Bavarian beer house. Amazing beers brewed in their own Micro brewery, but also a good selection of wines and ciders.
Amazing place! Visited because I was interested in seeing a band performing and glad I did, Outstanding atmosphere. I now follow on facebook for regular updates. Lovely outdoor seating with stage. Host local food trucks for catering details can be found on the facebook page. I don't drink, but my fr
A proper, old school boozer with a lot of Ampersand beers on tap and cask, also offering hot tea and coffee. Lovely, helpful staff and great prices. Glad we stopped in
Great beer and pleasant staff
Recommended by a local. What a super pub with amazing staff. Saw a review that said it was young and trendy, what utter rubbish. We loved it and would visit regularly if we didn't live 200 miles away. Brilliant that a small brewery is opening their own pub. Go support this fabulous enterprise and gr
Good place to enjoy a nice pint, with friendly people.
Excellent pub with superb locally crafted beers on keg and cask. Very good staff and impressive COVID processes - felt very safe on each of our visits. Visited the Ampersand brewery (who own the pub) on the back of the great beers we had and they were lovely people who are very passionate about thei
I like it, don't go very often but in Harlestone The Cap is the best out of all. Very good selection of Ales, they even have gluten free beer. Not to talk about the staff, really nice all of them. The place is a gem. Always good to return and try another ale 🍺
Awesome, great beer, great bar staff, friendly atmosphere, what more do you want?
Yum! Not much else to say really... Really friendly service too
Visited on a Thursday when the The Suffolk Wild Flour Pizza Bar is there. Managed to sit outside and enjoy the warmer weather, some good beers from Grain brewery and the pizza is first class.
