A brilliant pub in the centre of Hanley! I attended a function in the fab upstairs room and thought the staff and atmosphere were great. Thoroughly recommended!
Fantastic pub, nice pint, great selection of drinks lovely Staff and management and really clean. Will definitely visit again when we are back that way

Well what can I say, Steve and Darren are a breath of fresh air, funny, chatty with customers, nothing is to much trouble for them, the lines are well cleaned, and the beer was perfect, the overall cleanliness of the pub was fantastic, it smells fresh and the place had such a lovely calming atmosphere, we will definitely be going back again what a brilliant time we had, keep up the good work guys you are smashing it x

The Albion pub is one of the best pubs I've been in a while, the larger, Carling and carlsberg are a really nice smooth drink. It's as a D.J on a Friday night and the music can be played at what ever people want to listen to, the lady's behind the bar are so happy and friendly all the time. There's a pool table and televisions in every room, the customers are all HAPPY and with the space outside with tables and chairs are a place where you can drink and also smoke. On those wet nights you can sit under the canopy where you won't get wet, Come along and see for yourself it's a night or day which ever you prefer to have a good time with your family or friends. It's a short distance from Hanley bus station and taxi's are based really near to the pub as well. Also the Albion is one of the cheapest aces to buy a drink from. IM not that much of a drinker but love going in to have a game of pool or even just to sit and chat with my family especially my mum and she evens says on days when we're in the house let's go and have a cuppa at the Albion. It's clean and really welcoming by the staff there. Plenty of room inside and out for all, even if there's a group of you, I'd go along and see for yourself it's a must for many people who like friendly and welcoming staff. If I could give more than 5 stars then I would of given 20/20 it's a pub you would go to again and again like me.
Really like the Albion. Decent pint at a good price. Pool table and great background music. One of my favourites in Hanley.
Sian and Darren and the rest of the bar staff are absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is really welcoming. Love my nights out here. The revolving door is a must for anyone. There is something for everyone . Definitely worth a visit
The best pub I have ever come across in the UK.
The pub has the best manager and staff who have the best customer service skills I have ever come across.
Also they have a great selection of drinks to chose from and the place holds a style of what a traditional pub should look like.
If you want to be able to relax and talk to the local punters then look no further and come and have a pint in the Albion pub in the town centre.

Have only been here 3 times; early doors. I like the Music. The drinks are good value and there's a friendly atmosphere. I'm bringing my Friend with me, on Monday. ☺

It’s not just a pub to me anymore, it’s become a friendly environment, hell it’s a second home. the staff have become family. I don’t always go in the Albion to drink alcohol. I know if I go there now, and I’m not feeling right emotionally I know I can go there and the staff will always come up to me or I’ll go over to them and they’ll always lift my spirits and make me feel well emotionally. Think the world of everyone there. Hell love them all… As always amazing atmosphere, brilliant people. Never gonna change… Shout out to my main girl Kezza. Kyle.
It's been along time iv been in this pub but it was a gd atmosphere,staff were polite I felt comfortable with my dear friend I would go again there,thank you 2 the staff who was on on that day
