Food was nice and service was friendly however becuase it was so busy we waited a while for food and some of us had finished our meal before others had arrived. Some of the staff seemed new and not sure what they were doing, one of our sides went around the entire dining room with each table being asked if it was there's before arriving at our table. Overall nice and will return but leave extra time if you're seeing a show etc!
The food here was very enjoyable, it was also presented very well. The Gnocchi I had was piping hot with a delicate yet flavoursome sause. I found the customer service marvellous too, the waiter even offered to take a picture of us with the food.
Would highly recommend.
No reason not to give 5 stars. We found good food and friendly staff in area that is struggling in the current climate.

Amazing pasta and affordable wine from a family run biz. Everywhere is kebabs and fried food, that’s the best option in Stoke-on-Trent.
Went there for a meal with friends . Nice atmosphere, friendly staff ( music a tad too loud for my liking for a dining place ) but that's personal preference . We had a little incident when started was tipped over by the young waitress who seemed quite nervous. Human mistake . Dealt with by another me waitress who ended up looking after us and was very pleasant ... Maybe a small glass of wine for my friend would have been a nice commercial gesture, just a suggestion . The food was well presented , my starter really good . I had the sea food pasta which was cooked Al dente. All in all , a good evening in a pleasant ambiance in a place I would happily good back to .

I enjoyed such a tasty dinner here..
The starter and the soup was great, the second was so good too and finished with a light dessert. Nice atmosphere and music! The waiters very friendly.

Only called in for coffee. My wife said it was the best Latte she had ever drunk. High praise as she is normally tea drinker. My cappuccino was lovely and smooth too.
It's definitely a revisit next time in Hanley as the menu looked great, too.
We went for lunch on an extremely dismal/rainy day so not many people in- however - well worth the effort!! The food, service and beautiful surroundings are second to none - homemade pasta to die for - you should try it - you'll love it!
Celebrated my daughter's 4th birthday here today. Food was brilliant and the staff were incredibly friendly. Would definitely recommend to others and will be returning.
Amazing food, my mum had a steak and said it was the best she ever had! I can’t remember that name of what I had but was some sort of seafood linguine… delicious , good service from who I think was the owner and the young girl :) thank you!
Great place to visit before or after the Regent theatre. They have a theatre menu with 1, 2 or 3 courses. Prices are very reasonable and food enjoyable. Will definitely be returning!
Only downside, if you need the toilets be prepared for a climb, stairs are very steep.

Awesome place! We visited the restaurant in the evening, the service was up to standard, a nice man asked us several times how we felt. The atmosphere was amazing with very nice music. The food arrived quickly and was very tasty. Everything was at a high level, definitely remains one of the places I will visit often. Thanks for the nice evening
After going to the theatre opposite ( The Regent) we decided on a light snack so called in at La Bella Napoli. What a beautiful restaurant, so restful and well appointed. The staff were attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and above all not intrusive. We each had a pizza which was beautifully cooked and as a rule we aren't pizza lovers, but these were delicious. We hadn't realised how long we'd been there,but it was only after we stepped out we realised we had been the last customers and not a word or indication had been voiced about them closing! Definitely calling there again.
