I enjoy the dinner here, food is great and the chef is kind and friendly. The snacks look beautiful, and the vegetables are very fresh.
The atmosphere is also nice.
Food is delicious, personally like Cornish crab and tartare of stone bass.
This place is a bit far away from Birmingham city centre, not very suitable to visit by train in the evening, but it is worth to take a little risk to find this nice restaurant.
Wonderful Masterchef Champions lunch.
Good value for the experience but £65 for a simple £20 bottle of wine with 15% service charge on top so £75 was a little hard to swallow, but we'd do it all again!
What an awesome experience today at Grace & Savour.
Food was exceptional 👌
Service was perfect 👏
Venue is gorgeous ❤️
Thanks to Chef David and the team for making our visit perfect 🙌
Had the 8 course tasting menu for a friend's birthday. The food, service and surroundings were all fantastic
What a wonderful place. Simply immense. The thought that has gone into the layout and way you are looked after is second to none. Food was fantastic, everything cooked pefectly. I would say that I've given a 4/5 simply because there was nothing groundbreaking - it was all excellent and that's ok, just quite 'safe'. Would love at least one of the courses to try lush the boundaries a bit. Nevertheless what an amazing place simply stunning and we will return.
We went to Grace and Savour for lunch. It was very nice. Beautiful surroundings.
We have been to a few tasting menus. The only thing we didn't like was having bread served as one of the tasters(when its 8 tasters you dont expect bread to be one!)....never had that before so that was disappointing. Savory tasters were nice but nothing special not much of any of them(I know you dont get much but we've had more at other tastings). Dessert tasters were amazing!
Service was excellent.
Was a nice experience with a lot of the ingredients grown on site. However in my opinion not the best Michelin star in bham. Also the dessert was very disappointing we are vegetarian so only got a bowl of fruit. This place was significantly more expensive than other Michelin stars so you’d expect them to come up with something better like Adams, Purnells and simpsons did.
Stayed for 1 night and had wonderful dinner and breakfast .
David and Anette was amazing and very attentive .
Food is very seasonal and changes all the time which is exciting .
Flavour is very Nordic and well balanced . I would like some more exciting unexpected pop of flavour in my dishes but that’s just my palate .
Overall loved all the dishes and can’t wait to come back when the garden is in full function .
Room is clean and spacious and again very Nordic which I love . Bed is Very comfortable . Bring a pair of flip flop with you as the floor do get cold in the morning .
Breakfast again comes as a 4 course meal which is the perfect amount for me . The beetroot apple juice is so tasty I think I drink the whole bottle !
Can’t wait to see this restaurant evolve in the coming years .
Every time I've been this has been exceptional. Delicious, thoughtful, inspiring food, attentive staff, wonderful wines, beautiful setting.
Feel so lucky to have it on our door step.
Fantastic service, we loved the menu selection and wine pairings. Was great to try some new combinations.
We were very impressed with this restaurant. Initially we suspected it would be a little pretentious when David Taylor introduced himself but no…
It was a joy to be able to watch the efficiency of the staff- I thought they resembled a shoal of fish so in unison were they!
Utterly pleasant and completely down to earth- none of this asking at the end of every course if you enjoyed it(awks) - but instead describing the course and freely telling us it was a personal favourite. The atmosphere was much more European as Uk restaurants so often simply give you a tasting course of every dish. This was stylish, paced and delightful!
The food was magnificent
Allow me a couple of points…
The crab course was the only dud- too sweet!
A long night at almost 4 hours - I needed to ask for a cushion.
The food was almost perfect but perhaps too much on the side of butter and earth. I would like a little more zing!
But… possibly the very best we have ever had in the Uk and a great evening.
I am in awe of the lovely staff and watching them work was a delight.
Make sure you are not tucked away in an alcove unless you are going for a romantic meal😂
Thankyou David and all of you. Fabulous!!

We went for the Saturday lunch at Grace and Savour a few weeks back and WOW!! Such a wonderful experience, firstly the restaurant is beautiful with great views of the garden. The staff are great and very attentive, but most importantly the food and the dining experience was unreal, it was also very relaxed which was lovely. We are already planning to come back for he evening experience in the summer so we can see the garden in full bloom. Thank you so much David, Annette and team
Yet again, a fabulous meal, never fails to deliver!
Very much concept driven all the ingredients are seasonal and British. This results in some quite interesting ingredient choices and dishes!
All the dishes were beautifully presented with really Impressive attention to detail. Portion sizes = quality over quantity but sufficiently filling.
The setting was beautiful. The staff were brilliant! Attentive but sufficiently casual that you could feel relaxed.
Would say this was very much a foodie experience - quite thought-provoking.
A simply wonderful experience from start to finish. The food, drinks and service are all exceptionally good - the 15 course tasting menu had some dishes we will remember for a long time. Best to go now before the Michelin stars come along!
I attended a Rooted Life event and it was absolutely amazing. The surroundings and food were spectacular.
Beautiful setting, beautiful space, perfect service, and top marks for local sourcing.
Overall, the food was very good, but not Amazing! / Wow!
Really, this should be a 4.5 review, and I'm sure it will get better with time.
Oh my god this place is Awesome! Amazing food, service and accomadation. Pricey but you get what you pay for and the team go the extra mile to make it special. 👌
It's experience! One I'd advise all to try
