Food here always hits the spot, great service both instore and deliveries are good to. Can't fault them.
I'm really fussy about food and anyone who knows me, knows I'd rather have a slice of toast than order take away as I'm never satisfied.
I'm not a nandos lover at all but this place is brilliant.

Im iffy about chicken but the chicken is always amazing.
I use the app instead of delivery company and to my delight they sent me a text with a £36 voucher because I had ordered on the app 6 times. Wish I knew earlier... I was using just eat for a while.

Food is good but staff could be more patient with customers. Haven’t had a bad experience myself but have been in when others have.
Been coming here for two years now and a few months ago there were some recurring issues with orders but feedback was provided and fair play to them as they're definitely upper their game. I wanted to update my review to reflect this.
My weekly Pepe's orders have been great lately. Correct, hot and nice amount of sauce in rice boxes.

They admittedly got my order wrong a few times in the past but were happy to fix for us (it was really busy and I appreciate things go wrong in fast food for those reasons).
Been coming here for quite a long time now since we moved to Hamilton. The food is delicious and cooked fresh when you order. Tastes a little different sometimes depending on who is cooking I suspect but it's always great.
Staff are friendly and welcoming as well.
I happily enjoy my weekly Pepe's from here :)

Clean friendly staff my first visit to this branch. I'm out of town but I would visit again . First time in a while had a beef burger 🍔 worth calling a beef burger . Chicken was tender too.

Chips amazing and chicken is nice, I go occasionally but only downside is that when ordering mild or plain it actually feels like extra hot . I usually order extra hot anywhere else but .
Got the beefburger, the kids got the chicken burgers, chicken rice, the hubby and his friends got the whole chickens meal. The food was brilliant. There were lots of youngsters there just having nice food. Staff were really helpful and polite.Will be coming here again.
