Sat outside for a couple of drinks. Staff were excellent and very friendly. They also brought a blanket and water for my dog. We intend to go back for food. Would recommend.
Went in at a busy time on a Friday night, staff were lovely and food was really good! Paying the bill over the website made it a lot easier! We had a great night!
Lovely staff especially the wee red head with the rather large assets. Speedy friendly service. Food is reliable but I really miss the pepper jack cheese sauce. Love the foot long dogs

Delicious, well-priced food and courteous, family-friendly service. The portion sizes are good and the atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and inviting. Would definitely go back again.
The food was amazing i forgot how much I missed going and the drink soda float ahh love it soo much π π π π π β€(forgot to take pic of main which was classic half ribs with bbq sauce and fries soo good loved it)

Fantastic service today!
Called and was offered a table in 15 mins which suited perfectly! Staff were very friendly and were observing social distancing. We are asked if we would like normal service or if we would like the waitress to put the dishes on a tray and we could take our own, we were both happy with normal service but appreciate being asked.
Food was delicious and fresh!
This is the second visit to Hamilton since they reopened and I will definitely be back!
Went here on a busy night and was warmly greeted by the staff upon arrival. We were taken to our table and had our drinks ordered straight away. Our server Jenny (red hair)was a very attentive host and enthusiastically discussed the menu with our group and was sure to recommend the best vegetarian options. The food arrived quickly and the presentation and taste was fantastic. When we paid up Jenny made sure to check that we had been happy with our meal and service and wished us a pleasant rest of our night. Due to the well kept restaurant and friendly staff, we will definitely make the Hamilton Frankie and Benny's a regular dinner stop!
The staff could not have been any nicer or more helpful. They were great with my two kids and nothing was a hassle. The food was plentiful and reasonably priced so I would definitely go back.
I went here with my son before we went to the cinema and it was a really nice experience. Unfortunately my son didn't like any of the food ordered but the staff were really accommodating. I found my food to be really tasty and it was a nice atmosphere and the staff are really friendly!
I went out last night with my fiance to the Hamilton restaurant and we had a great meal. All the staff were great and following social distancing and our waitress Jenny done a brilliant job in making sure we were happy with our meal and service. We cant wait to go back.
Had a fantastic lunch today with my other half, I have never been to Frankie & Benny's before and can honestly say I'll definitely be back. Food was delicious and our waitress Anna was exceptional, what a genuinely lovely lady who knows exactly what great customer service is...thanks Anna and thank you Frankie & Benny's!! 2 happy customers today.
We were in a rush to make the cinema last night. This wasn't a problem. Jenny looked after us and made sure we were served in plenty of time. The food was great, the service even better. Weβll give ourselves more time in future and will definitely be back
We have had a bad experience at this location in the past years ago and we're uncertain about returning. However we decided to come back and our server Jenny on shift was absolutely fantastic. As soon as we walked in we were warmly welcome and Jenny made us feel at home straight away. She never let our drinks run out and was quick to get us everything we asked for and always with a smile. Thank you for such a lovely experience we will certainly be coming back again and again!!!! Would also like to say the premises were clean and comfortable so have to say we were impressed with that too. Thank you!!!!

Fabulous food and great service. Hazel was our server, she was very good and looked after us so well. This is our favorite restaurant in Hamilton, we eat here regularly and have got to know the friendly staff. Excellent all round, my regards to Beata and all the staff.
