Myself, my wife and young daughter were in yesterday for lunch, food was fantastic, kids menu is really varied and portion sizes are great value, as is the same with normal menu, southern fried chicken is amazing and would highly recommend, staff very attentive and pleasant, will definitely be back.
Passing through from dropping a friend off at Kilmacolm. This place was recommended by 2 guys we stopped and asked about somewhere to eat. They weren't wrong. The staff, service and food are second to none. We discussed moving the pub nearer to home so we could go again and again. An ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS place. I'd recommend it every time.

This has became mine and the families first place to eat as it's always a great meal at fantastic prices. One of my son's are in a wheelchair and the staff are always so helpful.
First time at this pub/restaurant, great atmosphere, great service, BIG portions, quality only slight negative and personal preference the breadcrumb which the fish is done it was too thick and not sort of fish! But saying that enjoyed potatoes skins and pudding was to die for 😊

A very busy place on a Friday evening, clearly very popular. The service was quick and friendly. The food was really very good and generous portions. Tex Mex chicken was excellent, plenty of crunchy coated chicken liberally covered with pulled pork and cheese, with decent chips. Lamb shank on colcannon mash was delicious and served with a variety of perfectly cooked vegetables.
Food and drinks all reasonably priced. Not the place for a romantic meal, as busy and quite noisy, but if you want good food at a good price, this is the place.
First ever visit having heard about it being raved about for years. We weren’t disappointed, big portion sizes, nice, tasty and fresh and also very reasonable from a price point of view. Recommended.

Been waiting ages now to get the regular menu as it was limited during covid. Had the lamb shank which was fantastic as always, the market vegetables were broccoli, cauliflower cheese, carrot and turnip. Very filling, cooked to perfection and great tasting.
My friend had the pate starter and sweet and sour chicken main; which was crispy chicken with a great tangy sweet and sour sauce. Wish they would do a fried rice with the sweet and sour instead of pilau. And my friend got the lemon cheesecake however was disappointed as it had no taste of lemon. However we are here often and food is good with a great selection to chose from and large portions. Pricing is reasonable too.

We usually go to the Blantyre one but fancied a change of scenery. Great food amazing lamb plenty of menu choice and the prices aren't cheap but they aren't expensive either. I want to try the EK one next! 4 meals and a round of drinks we were about 60ish quid which I thought was great

I was at a wedding last week. The food was first class. The service was gr8 and the Atmosphere was electric.
Lovely place and great meal. Staff go that extra mile, friendly, pleasant and also a smile.. nothing was too much trouble.
Toilets were very clean, great standard.
Also outdoor smoking area was fabulous.

Eaten here many times as it's very local. Great food and drink, great service. Can get really busy at peak times, suggest booking well in advance.
Booked Carrigans for our work Christmas party night. Food was excellent, as was the service. Great choice at the bar too.
We love this place. Food is great, I especially love the fajitas and southern fried chicken. Portion sizes are huge and nice ice cream for the kids.
