Great food very helpful staff , great atmosphere , def a must if your in hamble, we were 15 and had the room upstairs and the were very attentive to us thank you all , Gary
Randomly ended up in Hamble on New Years Eve after missing the last ferry to the Isle of Wight. There were two other nearby pubs, one was shut, the other had a private function so options were limited. The Bugle was busy and had live music. Staff were friendly and all was good. Great pub. The food I saw being served looked good too and there was live music. Thanks for a great evening, not being closed nor doing the private function thing. Will always make sure I visit when I'm in Hamble. Top job!
We had a lovely valentine's meal and the staff were brilliant very attentive and quick service. Would recommend it!!
Beef was sublime - fantastic food for both adults and children. Nothing was too much trouble for our waitress Bernadette, even down to charging our phones for us !! Beautiful surroundings too x go there !! X

We went in with 2 kids and we couldn’t have been more welcomed. Staff so friendly to the kids - defo went the extra mile. Last time we were here wine and the other half were on a date before we had kids. Thanks!

Friendly & Fast with a fantastic menu! Had the Hake Bap and the wife had Beef & Horseradish cibatta which was fantastic. Great setting, brilliant service all in the busy period of cowes week for the solvents marinas!

Very good meal at the Bugle on Friday night: beetroot carpaccio and goats cheese with a walnut dressing then sea bass with a seafood paella.
Had amazing fish and chip lunch with home made tartar sauce, chunky chips and crushed petite pois, followed by gin tasting board and white chocolate brownie. Good service and friendly atmosphere. Will go again.

Visited with family when we came down from London beautiful place had a Sunday roast great friendly atmosphere food and service were impeccable stunning building and location well worth the money and will definitely visit again

Felt a bit uncomfortable to begin with as we arrived with two buggies and 4 young children; we were seated outside, but it worked out fine. Food options for children were good, and enjoyed.

Went for a birthday lunch, had booked but there were a few empty tables. Only a small outdoor seating area though so would recommend booking. Serving a limited menu at the moment, but lots of lovely options. Food was excellent quality. We shared the arancini and crab croquettes to start. I had the minute steak for main, was actually thicker than I’d have expected and still nice and pink in middle, served with yummy garlic butter. My mum had a salad bowl with lots of fresh flavours and my husband enjoyed his dish and chips. Recommend the elderflower gin cocktail too!
A reunion of golf mates with their ladies and a return to the Bugle! Good decision! Food and drink excellent and Connor and team looking after us! Great night!
Lovely pub to enjoy a drink and bite to eat, while soaking up the nautical atmosphere. Good selection of beers and a good menu. Plenty of seating inside and out. Friendly staff.
Sharon and Amy looked after us like VIPs! And a lovely lunch. Tuna Nicoise is a great dish. The Bugle never disappoints, but the super service really is appreciated 👏 🙌
We visited for lunch. We both ordered The Cod and chips which where fantastic as was the service the little jars of ketchup are a really nice touch I don't usually like mushy peas but their home made version where really nice as was the homemade tatar sauce. A very friendly and efficient front of house. I would recommend to anyone.
I held my Husbands surprise 50th Birthday eve at The Bugle and I can honestly say that the Manager, Yannick, Chef Chris and all the staff went above and beyond. The food was delicious and excellent service. Our friends that attended were extremely impressed. Thank you all for making my husbands birthday so special.
