Had family visiting today so suggested we try the Sunday Lunch at Railway Tavern in Longfield. I can honestly say it was absolutely gorgeous. This has improved no end since the refurb. Really nice food (Sunday roast) and good service. Prices are reasonable and a good selection of beers and ales. The atmosphere was still flat. Dropped in for lunch one Tuesday afternoon. Nice cold shandy and a superb chicken burger and chips to die for. Great service from the staff - especially the lady behind the bar, Sue I think her name is. Highly recommended, will be back soon.
Great pub now under new management. Food is absolutely superb. Bar staff always friendly and welcoming . Go for breakfast on Saturday its great value for money

This pub is under new ownership the food is fabulous, it is nicely decorated and refurbished . The staff and management are friendly and helpful. Myself and my wife had lovely meals here today. I fully recommend a visit. Paul & Nikki

It has been refitted and reopened, nice comfy decor, drinks reasonably priced, parking, iced water avaliable, chilled vibe. We have been going after work on a Friday. Plenty of places to sit, no feelings of being rushed
OMG the Sunday lunch we had was AMAZING just like a home cooked roast, and plenty of it too.The young girl serving was so polite too, and could'nt do enough for us..Everyone must try, its delicious.
