This place is so much better to eat in as the fish and chips are straight from fryer on to your table. This service is available with the upper level restaurant. Marvellous fish and chips the upstairs wasn't open but the owner let us dine there seeing as they were a few of us definitely recommend
Have a lovely portion of fish and chips from Pearson's. The shop was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. Been visiting Pearsons over the many years that it has been there and the food is always good quality and piping hot. Will return for more real soon.
Great old fashioned fish and chip place on the main Street in Halifax town centre. Everything made fresh and was busy due to this. Everyone who had something to eat said it was delicious. Even down to the gravy got a special thumbs up 👍🏽. A good feed especially in the winter months
Called in on Monday for sausage and chip's and I wasn't disappointed. The chip's we're amazing and the sausage was perfect. I haven't had this quality for a long time. Well worth a visit.
My wife and I have been here several times. You have the drawback it is up stairs and do not know if there is a lift. We always have the same pensioners fish & chips tea bread and butter. My experience is you get excellent value for your money the fish as always been lovely and the chips have never
I'm a coach driver been to Halifax lot's of time's went here first time for takeaway people waiting outside to get in. So thought yep got inside girls then saying 5mins for chips 10mins later sorry 3mins fish 10mins later 5mins for chips half hour after getting there got my food back to the coach OM

Massive portions and always fresh.

Food is great and reasonably priced! Staff are super friendly & helpful.1st time I've eaten inside upstairs & i was pleasantly surprised at how nice, tidy & spacious it is upstairs, especially fir a chip shop! Been before and always make a point of returning when I'm in the area.
