Recently brought my disabled father to the store and my daughter went to get him settled on the only suitable table which was downstairs which she managed to do despite getting glared at by fellow customers! My thanks go to the off duty barista (who was on his way into work) for offering my daughter help - the only person in a room full of people - unfortunately we didn't get your name to thank you but you restored our faith in human kindness. The coffees & carrot cake were amazing too!

A fantastic place to grab a cup of coffee, sit down and relax. The location is perfect, tucked away on the high street, making it a great spot to escape the crowds. The store is quite spacious, with plenty of tables to choose from, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.
The coffee is delicious, and there are plenty of sweet treats and fresh cookies to choose from. The desserts are always fresh and baked to perfection, making them the perfect accompaniment to your coffee.
I visited with my business partner and had a fantastic experience. We were able to work comfortably while enjoying our drinks and snacks. I highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to relax, grab a coffee and a bite to eat.

Really great Hot chocolates and even better when you ask for them extra hot, and they do it. As that's the only way Hot Choc should be served. Staff are always so friendly and polite

Costa on a rainy Sunday morning waiting on the local stores to open with the chilled music and great selection of warm drinks. It was a moment. The staff are really pleasent and friendly and the place is clean and well decorated. I'll def be back.
