You just have to go. It's an absolute gem of a spot that has been created by Bob n Sue. The tea was spot on and the cakes were devine, carrot cake, fudge sandwich and a melt in the mouth lemon drizzle. �
What a top place. A very friendly welcome, fantastic cake and coffee, and a lovely place to sit, outdoors or indoors. The converted train carriage is brilliant, and the terraced gardens are beautiful. Can't recommend it highly enough.

We have just discovered Bobs Tearoom after a recommendation from a friend. We have thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We were met with a warm welcome and a fabulous range of cakes served with quality coffee. There is also a number of gluten free options. We will definitely be visiting again very soon, and I recommend you do too!

Fab, cosy little stop off. Sue couldn't do enough for us, the coffee was very good and the cake even better! The heaters were on (much needed respite from cycling in the rain) and the welcome was just as warm. Will be going out of my way to stop here again. Thanks, faith in British customer service restored!
Great little tearoom & very welcoming after a muddy walk. Tea & cake was delicious with the best millionaire shortbread & very reasonably priced - kids loved the milkshakes. Well worth a visit.
Visited this weekend with my fiancè. Such a lovely setting. Bob and Sue are such lovely hosts. Cakes delicious along with the lovely coffee. We even went back and had milkshakes which were just as nice.
Going to drive up with the kids one weekend for a treat. Can't wait to go back xxx

What an absolute gem of a place!! First visit today and just loved everything about it!! The quirky individual seating areas dotted around the gardens are beautiful! The cake was delicious…and I’m normally quite critical of cake! Can’t wait to go back!
