Delicious breakfast, really good quality ingredients. Quirky little cafe with really lovely, friendly people. Definitely worth sitting in. Hoping to be back over again soon!

Absolutely incredible and friendly atmosphere. Everyone, customer and worker alike, are happy to have a laugh. The food is all made fresh with fresh ingredients. The food is amazing and the portions are more than reasonable. Would recommend stopping by for the full experience.
UPDATED REVIEW 8.11.22 - I have only just realised you can edit existing Google reviews or I would have done this sooner! I now visit once a week (at least). The food is always spot on and Jeannine knows all her regular customers which is really lovely. I like the open kitchen so you can see for yourself the high cleanliness standards and that fresh quality ingredients are used. Last week I had garlic chilli chicken, it was perfect.

ORIGINAL REVIEW 2021: I visited today for the first time and had a lovely warm welcome, the menu is azing, fuĺl of homemade and freshly prepared ingredients.
I thoroughly enjoyed my goats cheese, rocket and chutney grilled sandwich with side salad.
I will defiinitely be visiting again, I plan on making it my weekly treat, thank you so much xx

Warm and friendly welcome and cosy tea room feel to the place. The food was tasty, fresh and well prepared with quick service and reasonable pricing. Owners took time to make conversation and they came across as genuine people who care about good food and good service.

I’ve ordered delivery from this cafe many times. Quality of the food is always consistent. Would definitely recommend the falafel burger! As well as their desserts! You won’t be disappointed ordering from here. The owners and drivers are very friendly. Deffo one of my most favourite places to eat from.
Lovely food and outstanding customer-friendly attitude. Jeannine really goes the extra mile to satisfy her customers, and the food is delicious -- really homemade and healthy too (though plenty of treats on offer as well!). Very reasonable prices and easy to park. I highly recommend this cafe.
Great friendly service and a warm atmosphere. There is a great variety of choices - The fillet steak fajitas were fantastic! I have had dinner here a few times now and it is a great place - Highly recommended.
Fantastic! We turned up 20 minutes before closing time and the lady serving couldn't have been more welcoming. She made us a few rolls, let us sit in and even put music on so we wouldn't feel rushed. A+++ service. The café itself was lovely. All rustic, authentic furniture. It was almost like being at your grans house with the décor, comfy lounge chairs and a fireplace. The lady serving should be commended for being so gracious when it was near the end of her Friday shift. Overall: a hidden gem that needs more advertising signs on the main road.
Wow. Ordered brunch here today from Uber Eats and it was delicious! Got the fritata which I added beans and mushrooms too and it was super good. We will definitely order here again, top notch nosh.
Quirky Vintage Cafe Situated in Halifax, West Yorkshire.
Ive been visiting Five Food Cafe Bistro for some years now. Its designed in a retro vintage style its very quirky.
The food is wholesome and all Homemade almost as if you had your nan cook your very own homemade lasagna in her kitchen, then you dine in her living room.
I always recommend this bistro's to many people , i would defiantly pop in just for the vintage experience and homely feel and not forgetting the homemade food.

A very pleasant change. a home from home atmosphere with a twist. Wonderful service and food to die for at reasonable prices. Nice for a snack and a cuppa or spend a couple of catch up hours over lunch. You won't be disappointed.
