This is the best cafe in west vale 100% the butties are so good and really big two so if you come out of the cafe still hungry I would be really surprised (A STAR ALL AROUND)

The food was good and well presented, though the sausages weren't to my taste. Tea good and strong as requested. The service was very good. I understand the refurbishment is not going as well or as quickly as planned, which does detract from the overall experience.

Called in at a weekday lunchtime. Quite busy but got a table. Excellent ham salad sandwich. Plenty of salad, thick lean ham and a brew. Wife just had a plain salad which was also excellent and came with a serving of coleslaw. Very reasonably priced and the ladies serving were friendly and pleasant. One to visit again I think

We called into Brow Bridge Cafe today at the start of a walk up to Norland moor. I choose a fruit scone and my wife choose a sandwich. The scone was lovely but when I saw the sandwich I wished I’d have chosen the same, It was massive filled with loads of turkey and salad. We both had a hot drink and it was only Β£6.50 . Excellent value, We sat outside and a lovely touch was after a few minutes on of the staff brought our dog a half sausage. she loved it, we loved it and will call again when in the area

Food was spot on, I’m guessing it’s very popular judging by how busy it was.

Wellingtons Caribbean Bistro (5pm onwards) has just reopened and is amazing. Fantastic food, large portions, great service, good prices. Not tried the cafe yet, but it can't be far behind quality wise, if at all. πŸ₯°

Had our first visit to Wellingtons yesterday and it wont be our last! the food is delicious and authentic, all made from scratch. This family team were so welcoming and keen to give guidance and help with the menu. Lovely, friendly atmosphere and the rum punch will blow your socks off :)

Wellingtons has a fantastic menu. Quality authentic Caribbean food. Something for everyone, I had a fussy 7 year old and a vegan with me. Excellent options for vegans, they even did vegan Caribbean sauces and puddings. Lovely atmosphere and service. It's the kind of place where you can dress up for a special occasion or pop in after work or a day out with the family. Very Generous with the portion sizes and excellent value for money. We will definitely go again and use the takeaway or delivery option.
