Came for a meal and a catch up with my best friend. We were shown to our table straight away and food arrived quickly. We shared a pizza and some side dishes, but the servings were so big, we didn't even finish them! So much choice on the menu, I will definitely be back to try other dishes. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, a great night :)
The service was very good and the food was amazing. The Fillet steak is recommended as is the Sea Bass, to be honest I haven't tasted a fillet steak as good since Ziggys of Bingley in the 80's. Not sure how we missed this place before now. The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere is relaxing and we didn't feel rushed. All in all a fabulous restaurant which we will be visiting again...and again.
As I eat out most night's with having to stay away I would love to eat at somewhere like 22 each night where the food quality whatever you order is fantastic , all the staff produce top class service and you always feel welcome , anyone looking for a restaurant offering this at the right price I would defiantly recommend a visit.
Absolutely gorgeous food & a cocktail list with lots of choice. Try the Hard Ribena- lush! Service was great too. Will be reconmending this place to others who have never been 😊
Booked last minute Sunday late afternoon and were given the time we asked for. On arrival we were invited to choose some drinks at the bar. The barman is always informative and efficient and soon we were seated. Chose soup, figs wrapped in Parma ham, one of the specials (sea bass) and a pizza. All extremely delicious, along with sides of chilli and garlic spinach and crispy courgette. We were so full that we couldn’t manage a dessert. They sounded superb too. On leaving we were given lots of info on their smokehouse up the road, and will visit soon. Can’t recommend enough. Different league to the likes of Aldo’s and La Luna. Great atmosphere and attentive staff.
We celebrated my daughters 19th birthday yesterday. I have to say it was the best experience we have had, the staff the food the fuss made over her were amazing. Will recommend this to everyone we know. Thank you for a fabulous time guys. X
Jardine and I enjoyed lunch yesterday here it was super, I was first introduced to 22 The Square by Mr.Wilford for a business lunch and we have not stopped ever since.

Fantastic from the minute we walked in. Attentive staff, well presented and delicious food. Great atmosphere. I love it here. My steak was perfect (blue) and the side dishes were lush. Can't wait to go again !!
Went with the hubby on valentines night. Food was lovely and we got a free cocktail at the new smokehouse also frank sinatra tribute. We had a great night.

Delicious food. Always arrives piping hot. The lasagne is super tasty, the meatballs are a favourite and the pizzas are thin, crispy and authentic.
The food here is amazing, as are the staff. I would highly recommend!
